I recently had my bathroom remodeled and the plumber who installed all plumbing for the bathroom and tub was unable to figure out why all but 2 of the air jets on my freestanding tub were not working. Within 1/2 hour, Ken vacuumed out any potential construction debris from the hose and air jet valves, read the instructions that came with the tub (novel idea), and got them working. Glad I can finally use my tub.

Ken was prompt and professional. He was able to squeeze us in to his tight schedule. He was very courteous and nice. Answered all of my questions, and solved my issue. I was very pleased with the service,and if I ever have another emergency, I will call Ken. Ken is the best!!!

We had turned off the house water before we left for vacation, upon returning, the water would not turn back on leaving us without any water. Got a call back as soon as I placed my request. Ken came as quickly as possible and fixed the problem right away. He explained what went wrong and how he fixed it. Very professional , I would definitely use again.

Ken called me back promptly. He and Kevin came the same day and was on time. My new toilet was installed perfectly and did a few extras for me like leveling the bathroom tile. The shower handle was fixed beautifully. Ken offered helpful suggestions like getting a water softener for our hard water. We appreciated that. Easy to work with.

He and the folks he used were always on time, did what they said they were going to do and finished the project early. The costs were very reasonable.
