I felt compelled to write a review for Service One out of Longwood, FL because they have ALWAYS "over-delivered" and ALWAYS "under promised". I have been using this company for the last 6 years for all of my plumbing and A/C needs. I first stumbled onto to them because I was set to sell my home and it failed inspection. It needed to be re-piped and only Service One was able to deliver this service without costing me an "arm and a leg"...quickly! Years later, my A/C finally died and Service One gave me options based on MY needs and MY budget. Afterwards, they installed my latest A/C system and my electrical bills immediately dropped. Needless to say, I am VERY please with their service. They are quick, responsive and professional!

We are immeasurably pleased with the project performed by Service-One Air Conditioning & Plumbing. We initially contracted Zsolt Granite Corporation to install granite countertops in our kitchen and we needed Service-One Air Conditioning & Plumbing to collaborate the timely removal of the faucet just before the countertops were to be installed, and to re-pipe the drains & dishwasher, and reinstall the faucets after the stonework process was completed. We were especially pleased by the personable Felix who graciously provided a detailed estimate of the project and later generously collaborated with the granite installers to juxtapose their participations accordingly. We were delightfully pleased with Felix; he is quite a gem and an extraordinary asset to his company. His punctual arrivals and consistent commitment to professionalism represented his company well from the presentation of the estimate to the completion of the mechanical segment of the project. The estimate was unambiguously clear providing us a thorough overview of the project and our financial requirements. We interviewed several plumbing contractors before selecting Service-One Air Conditioning & Plumbing. We were moreover convinced that our selection had been correct by the demonstrated professionalism exhibited by Felix and his alacritous demeanor to get the job done, conjoined with his collaborative skills with the granite company - ultimately providing immeasurable satisfaction to us. Felix came out for some work and did a great job. He was very nice and helpful. Ken did some additional work. He was extremely thorough, professional and kind. I would highly recommend this company. They are quick to respond and ensure satisfaction.

ServiceOne did the removal and complete rebuild of a shower, this included a new pan as well as wall tile, and they also tiled bathroom floor. They were very professional, very neat and overall did an excellent job with our bathroom. The cost was very reasonable for such a high level of service.

Ken did an exceptional job on the project. I called them the morning I needed their services and they were able to schedule me on that same day!!! He was very thorough in explaining the problem and made the appropriate recomendations. I will definitely call them again for my future projects.

Quality work at a great price! I had a full re-pipe done, a new water heater installed and 3 new toilets. They did a wonderful job with everything, I'm very glad I hired them!

The service was great

Felix is a excellent plumber! He had to go into the wall and replace the diverter. Drywall dust was all over him and the bathroom. He cleaned up my bathroom, and my tub faucet was replaced. It works like it should have....over 10 years ago! I am extremely satisfied with his expertise.

Excellent on-time service and the job was completed quickly. The serviceman fix a problem unrelated to the service to make things even better.

Ken Bailey, Master Plumber, and ServiceOne was selected to do a entire house re pipe and install a new water heater. The job was done on time, cleanup was good and the total job was done with exceptional professional service.

1st class job all the way around. Really glad I decided not to tackle this myself. Ken did a great job with our project.
