Company notified me on a delay visit and reason for the delay giving me the choice to cancel or wait. The work was done at the moment and the are was left clean.

Felix was the representative who did my work. He was fast, efficient, very nice and left the jobsite clean and organized when finished with the repairs. My only negative: I am used to having the diagnosis fee waived when/if you hire the service rep to do the repair. This seems to no longer be the policy, however, their diagnosis fee is much more reasonable than most company's and it was overall a great experience. Felix is a great rep for this company.

We are very pleased with the product and services provided by Serviceone. Dan at called us and provided an approximate time they could come and replace the water heater. He explained the options available, the pros and cons, and provided a price quote. Felix came in a timely manner and was very friendly, and effectively replaced the water heater. If the need arises, we will definitely call on Serviceone again.

Stephen Collins (the plumber who came to my home) - was excellent and provided a little education about plumbing and what needed to be done and why. He was very quick / clean / and hung around to test his work with our dishwasher / disposal / and sink --- tested the lines and ensured no leaks

Ken was great. Couldn't fully fix my faucet, but was very thorough. He managed to get the faucet to stop leaking until I can get a new faucet. Will call them back to install the new one I will purchase this week.

As soon as I completed my request for the plumbing job I wanted I was contacted by Service One. I had an estimate within days and the work was completed 2 days after the estimate had been provided. The plumber I worked with was Felix. He was friendly, very professional, and completed the job quickly. I am very pleased and highly recommend Service One.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Otto gave us invaluable information and options to help us choose our new ac system. Hernan and Fabio arrived promptly two days later and did an efficient, professional and superior installation. They also did a beautiful job replacing the platform for the inside unit. We are very happy with the new system and couldn't be more pleased with the work and service. Very glad to have found them and will definitely rely on them in the future.
