The estimator/service tech identified my outage problem and offered to repair it for $175 or given the part # and a supply house I could do it myself for $20 plus the $80 service fee(due now). He later applied the $80 credit to a new installed HVAC (heat-pump). The installers were on time and worked very hard. Done in 6 hrs. I have an issue with the bending of copper pipes at the out-side unit, that i am hopeful will be fixed soon. System runs great and am pleased with Service-one-AC.

I had a few issues trying to schedule the visit, but the work was done very well.

Ken, one of the owners, check the work that the one of his other plumber's work to ensure that it was perfect. We had they install 4 bath room facets, 1 kitchen facet and garbage disposal 1 kitchen soap dispenser, and 1 bath room sink.

The CarMax of air conditioners! There was no haggling or stressful sales pitch. Jesse was very informative and simply assessed the situation, gave me the options and let me decide. He answered all the questions my husband and I had and allowed us time to research the information before we signed the contract. They arrived when they said they would and did a great job replacing the unit. I'd definitely recommend them.

Was punctual and professional.

The service was performed at my vacation home. They repaired a broken cartridge in the shower and also installed a pressure valve at the inlet for the house. The plumber did a quality work. The customer support did a nice job to coordinate activity with the plumber, work with us on the approval, and make sure the process went smooth

In a word, "Outstanding". Immediate call back to schedule leak repair so we turn water on. Scheduled for 12-2. Then Flex Laboy (the technician) called and said he was on his way, arriving hours earlier! And what a professional. Friendly, courteous and completed the work in no time. Two other companies I called, never even called back. Thank you Flex, Serviceone and HomeAdvisor for providing great service. By the way, Serviceone is the only company we will call and recommend.

I dealt with Steven. Steven was personable. He did good work. He made sure the work was done properly. I would hire him again if more work is needed.

The technician was very nice, knowledgeable and competent. He identified the problem quickly as a bad run capacitor and replaced it. Then gave me a bill of $285. One line item was $215 just for the replacement of the capacitor. When I complained to the company they offered to take it out and reimburse the $215. I said OK. The next technician that came out rang my doorbell and gave me a receipt to sign. He had already gone around the back of my property and removed the capacitor without my knowledge.

When I called in, I spoke with a man and told him of our situation and asked for an estimate, and he gave ma a quote. After some rather un-necessary "arm twisting" on my part, he finally agreed to show up at a specified time the same day, as our situation was an emergency at our small business. We waited, and he never showed; no phone call, no nothing. When his employees did show up the next day, the price I had been given was not only not honored, but increase substantually. As far as I am concerned, this company is a sham and should be avoided by everyone unless you want to get ripped off. I will NEVER hire them again!!!
