I hired ServiceOne to remove two bathroom faucets and installed two new bathroom faucets on August 11, 2017. I am very pleased overall with the work and cost to do the installation. I experienced very prompt, courteous and professional service from start to finish!

VERY fast response. My AC was out when I woke up Friday morning. They were out within a couple hours. I still had time to get to my work meeting that afternoon and had a cool house for my party that night. Friendly service. No unnecessary up-selling of product or service.

Excellent professional service.

I had an excellent experience with ServiceOne AC & Plumbing. They were timely and completed a full inspection of both units. They made some "low pressure" recommendations to service and/or replace the older units, but were able to add freon to get them cooling again.

do not hire these flakes. charged me $600 to glue a plastic flange on the pipe, refused to fix dry wall damage, and refused to come back out to complete the job according to the terms of the original agreement. tried to get them to come back out to finish and they tried to charge an extra "emergency" fee. very unprofessional and disrespectful. I would never hire these guys again, unless you think its reasonable to be charged $1000 to have a toilet mounted with terrible customer service.

Anthony Rivera was wonderful!! He showed up early, explained what he was going to do. After diagnosing the problem, explained how he was going to resolve it. I asked questions and he answered every one of them. After everything was repaired he explained and showed me what he had done. I would very highly recommend them.
