They were professional, competent, very truthful. They could of charged me a couple grand but chose to tell me the truth instead. Honorable thing to do. Plus they were the most reasonably priced out of all 7 companies that came out! Only complaint was that they took the traps with them when they where done with the contract. My thinking is, I payed for them so just leave them here, for my safety. But they were just doing there job. I will always recommend them!

Luke performed a FREE pre-estimare inspection that took almost two hours! Afterward, he explained each step and option. We hired the services of Florida Wildlife Busters on the spot. During his first visit to plug up all the openings, he spent about five hours. It's been about eight days and the rat activity has decreased by about 90% (pre-Luke, we had been catching 5 to 11 per day, inside the house, with our coonhund's help). We started noticing some mice activity in the week's following Irma. Oh, he also gave us a senior citizen discount! Yes, hire Luke's Florida Wildlife Busters if you want to get rid of a rodent problem.

Luke is a good business owner, honest, upfront and puts the customer first. The job on my house is almost done and it looks great so far. He's caught a lot of critters on my roof. The aluminum soffits are looking good. This is an unexpected expense but I went with Luke because another company couldn't do the extent of work he offered.

Luke is very personable, super nice guy. He arrived when he said he would and his price was exactly as he quoted over the phone. Since we recently relocated from upstate New York, we were not familiar with a lot of the wildlife in the area. Luke answered all our questions and was exceptionally nice and professional about it. When an animal was trapped, he arrived within a reasonable time to remove the animal and reset another trap. I would highly recommend him.

Luke was very helpful and informative. He quickly resolved my problem with a squirrel and found the entry point and sealed all potential entries. The squirrel was let out through save a heart trap. I appreciated his quick response and professional follow-up.
