Luke Ferguson was knowledgeable, thorough and professional. He explained everything that would be done. I wasn't expecting such a thorough inspection as I had already had another company come to find out my problem. There was absolutely no comparison between Luke and the other company. I would certainly recommend Luke and Florida Wildlife Busters to anyone needing that type of service.

Luke was very professional and prompt. He returned my initial call right away and came to investigate our attic problem the following day. He identified the presence of rats and squirrels and quoted the job, explaining exactly the steps he would take. Once all entry points were identified and sealed, traps were set, including a one way door to allow any squirrels to get out, but not back in. Then he returned later in the week and twice the following week to inspect traps and remove rodents. His service includes a guarantee for one year against any future incidents.

Great experience, very nice man, fixed our problem at a fair price. I would use them again in a heart beat!

Luke responded to my request for help the next day and identified the problem animals (squirrels). His assistants plugged their access points and installed an escape cage the following day. One day later, the squirrels were gone. My only disappointment is the access point covers are a bit ugly.

Final project turned out great and good service

Luke was very nice and professional and even went above and beyond every expectations. He even came out on Mothers Day and vacuum the whole garage and then sanitized it so I would not have any problems with fur or anything else. He is the one to call for any animal problems .

Luke, Owner of FL Wildlife Busters, was truly a pleasure to work with. He was on time, courteous, and professional. He is knowledgeable and seems very skilled in his trade. I called him about a crazy "buzzing" I heard up in my attic, which I believed to be a bee or wasp nest, and he was able to come the same day to check it out and provide services. Turns out it was a SINGLE wasp making all that noise (which he captured) and thoroughly made sure the area was clear, walked around the exterior of the house with me, the roof, and even pointed out a possible termite issue I might have (yay lol). At the end of the day, he didn't charge me anything even at my insistence for his time, sweat, energy, advice, knowledge, and peace of mind he provided me. Even still, when I first called him and was quoted an estimate, his prices were far more reasonable than about four other companies I called. May God bless this man and his business. Please use him for all your pest needs, you will not be disappointed! Thanks Luke, I'll call you if I hear any other creepy noise for sure lol.
