Great service

Sloppy. Fabricated and installed new chimney cap over existing cement cap to solve water leaking down chimney. Poorly fitted around the edges, sticking out in the most visible front edge. When I told him it looked rough nice way of saying it looked bad he tried to blame a bumpout in the cement cap. Replaced two pieces of wood trim and sealed by slopping on cement. Messy up on the roof, including dripped cement, some red caulk and pieces of the material he had replaced. 2nd job was replacing the propane fireplace insert with a new one. Said he recommended at least one costing $700, charged us $850 for a unit that sells for $200 on line and then it is missing one of the logs. Contacted him to tell him about the missing part, told me its all there. No, according to the diagram attached to the unit it should have 7 logs, he only put in 6. No satisfaction from him. Seemed like a good guy when we got the estimate and the reviews seemed good. Fooled by Angi.

GREAT GUY...NOT MESSY...KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING

Kurt explained how he could fix the brick and ash tray. He explain he could also clean fireplace. He placed a protective blanket on the floor. He cleaned up the area afterwards and asked if we had any questions. He said we could start a fire now if wanted. He cured the mortar.
