 + -1 moreStarted this in February 2012, interviewed 4 architectural firms. I gave the job to one, who took measuraements, but never followed through. Another firm was so negative from the get-go, I didn't even consider hiring him. The third firm was about tied with MBI, but the price was very high. I waited until my loan was funded before signing the contract with MBI. They have been right on, have supplied me with preliminary drawings tht we tweaked together, and will present the finalized plans this week. This is a very complicated roof, and I loved the preliminary plans, so I know I will love the final plans as well.
Description of Work: Consultation and design for an 1860 sf hip style roof with trusses.
