Dylan was prepared when he called me to discuss the estimate. He had already looked up our house and new what the job entailed. He had the very best price, his guys showed up when they said they would and the results were great.

My biggest concern was that my landscape would get damaged from the chemical but they covered everything and continuously watered down. No damage and roof looks great. Great price too for chemical which is only method I would use. Lasts longer and no damage from pressure wash.

Good price , prompt courteous service . Only negative was that we had to re clean our windows due to streak residue from roof washing. Next time we know to wash windows after the roof in power washed. I have recommended this company to neighbors.

You have to understand. Hiring professional help in SE Florida can be a frustrating adventure. But, we were so favorably impressed with CURB APPEAL M.D. when we hired them before, that there was no question that we would hire them again if they were still listed with Home Advisor (which they were!) They called in advance to review the details of the job, called before they were on their way to our house, and worked as a team with precision and energy. They earned every penny plus a tip. How could we not reward dedicated and high quality work?

Owner Dylan called to verify the appointment and again 30 minutes before the crew arrived to let me know they were on their way. The crew was friendly, courteous and efficient. They went out of their way to cover the details and cleaned up as they left. And best of all, the price was very reasonable. I'm very happy and will definitely recommend the company.

I had a unique project where I needed to get unknown layers of paint & sealant off my lanai floor, so that I could apply concrete stain. I spoke to a number of contractors prior to Curb Appeal, but I never felt like the others were a good fit. Dylan came out to see the job, and communicated what he thought was the best plan to get the job done. He recommended a combination of commercial paint stripper combined with pressure cleaning. Due to the uniqueness of the job and uncertainty of success he performed the work himself...versus assigning it to one of his staff. The project took two work sessions, but Dylan did an amazing job. In addition he charged me an a very fair hourly rate! I am very pleased with his work, and his communication throughout the process was key for me!
