Description of Work: My wife and I recently moved into a home with a yard in need of assistance, cockroaches in the garage and kitchen, and most importantly, at least one carpenter ant nest within our walls/attic. After a little bit of DIY, I decided to call Trad's based on the reviews herein. The salesman was professional and did not apply pressure tactics. It was an easy decision to go with Trad's for pest control. As a challenge, I have temporarily decided to take on the yard myself. They also quoted a termite bond, which sounds excellent and is something I will likely sign up for in the next year. The initial service call was handled by a manager and a consultant to aid in location and identification. Both men were extremely professional and did not mind educating me as to what they were seeing around my home. They dusted the attic and bath traps for the ants, as well as possible best sites outdoors. They also treated the rest of the home for cockroaches, silverfish, etc. a 14-day follow-up was scheduled to ensure that the ants were eliminated. When they called to schedule the follow-up, I let them know it was unnecessary since we have not seen a carpenter ant in the house in at least a full week. I highly recommend this coma pant.

Description of Work: Monthly lawn spray. Trad's has been spraying our lawn for 20 years and I wouldn't have any other company. Service is reliable, prompt and effective.

Their Garden Center staff is very knowledgable and courteous, and have really helped me through the years in all of my Landscaping needs. Carl, the gentleman that treats my shrubs and beds, is a real asset - he truly cares about his customers and their needs, and goes above and beyond what is expected. I would highly recommend Trad's - and Carl.

Description of Work: The first person came out and reviewed the property. He took the time to explain the various options so I could make an informed decision. I received a call from the office and service was set up. They gave me the name of the person who would be doing the work. The technician was on time and very polite. Description of Work: Trads is a company that sprays my yard at least 8 times a year to help keep my lawn free of pest and weeds. They are affordable and are good at what they do. They always leave a leaflet in your door to inform you what the treatment was for that day, how it helps deter pests and weeds and when and how to water it after the treatment. I highly recommend them.
