Description of Work: We have an annual contract with Trads & have used them |for the past 30+ years. They are very responsive if you have a question or problem.

Description of Work: They did everything that I requested. As always they were on time and knocked at my door as I had requested. The new application seems to be working. My lawn looks much better than it had. They want you to communicate with them so that problem areas can be addressed on a timely basis.

Description of Work: They spray yard 8 times per year. However, our yard was almost over run with dollar weeds. We had to report the problem & Trads is still treating them. The problem should not have gotten as bad as it did. Trads serviceman should have noticed the problem & addressed it before the weeds got out of control.

Description of Work: They were supposed to fertilize and control weeds in my lawn. They incorrectly applied a chemical treatment and killed large areas of healthy grass. After several calls, they finally installed replacement sod. They depend on the homeowner monitoring their lawn and reporting problems. Since they are regularly treating the lawn, they should check and apply corrections without waiting for the homeowner to find what they've missed. I terminated my contract with Trad's in September 2015. They mistakenly treated my lawn in early November, interrupting the service of the pest control company I hired to replace Trad's.

Description of Work: We have been using Trad's for our lawn service for the past 15 years. We have a contract for our lawn and bushes. They call before they come out and if we have any issues they work with us until the problem is resolved. We are very happy with their service as shown by our long business relationship. We definitely have one of the best lawns in the neighborhood as a result of their service.

Description of Work: I really like Head's services, what I don't like is not knowing what day they are coming. Even when you ca7ll for service and they say we will not be in this area until such and such a day. I tell them I may have a doctor's appointment and not to come until after a certain time. The service man will come before I get back and only service my front yard, because the gate is locked to the back yard.
