ServePro of Mandarin Beaches/Ponte Vedra

We called ServPro when our house flooded from a defective washer. Their field personnel were timely and professional. They responded within hours and promptly identified areas needing to be rectified from our flooding. They did a very good job minimizing the damage to our house. Every encounter with them after the initial emergency work was problematic. They missed appointments repeatably and showed no urgency what-so-ever in what they were doing. Even worse was the argumentative staff at their office. They acted like it was our fault every-time they missed an appointment or failed to perform the task they were hired to do. They were unprofessional and downright rude. If you are dealing with ServPro you probably already have a disaster. Find someone else to help you, or you will simply be dealing with two disasters, the one you started with and the one that results from dealing with their office personnel.
