Excellent company. The other company we were using didn't come close to the job which North Florida Lawn & Pest does. Very glad I took the initiative to change.

They were very timely, called to let me know the sod would be delivered the next day. Sod was delivered as said and installed. After installation, they called to see how everything was and sent watering instructions. I was very pleased with all aspects of the process.

The owner is very knowledgeable, and very friendly. I am hopeful he can improve my lawn. I am unable to rate the first item - quality of work, since no work has yet been done. The company is supposed to schedule yardwork in about one week. I gave it a 3-star rating only because my survey could not be completed unless I marked one of the ratings. You need to take this into consideration when designing your surveys.

They did a great job. They were punctual and answered all my questions. I also hired them to do my lawn maintenance i.e. lawn fertilization, insect control etc.

Had our new sod fertilized and sprayed for weeds, bugs etc and our tech Noel did a fabulous job addressing any concerns we had, answered every question and was very professional and friendly. Bambi the office manager is on top of things and always calls us to let us know when a rep from their company is coming to inspect our lawn and reason. Would recommend this company for your sod needs and pest/lawn management

Lawn is very brown in some areas. Contacted on 7/13 they promised to be out this week. Now 7/17, Friday afternoon. No show. I am done with this company.

Both the representative and the technician were very professional and prompt and answered all my questions. The technician Paul was very nice and informative. He treated the lawn for everything that was needed to improve it so, hopefully the results will show soon.
