They wore horrible. I had 8 cameras installed. I wanted 360 coverage but they were 100 short. No coverage on the front door or on the side by the fence. Cables dangling, damage to my brand new stucco. They didn't provide password for the DVR software (didn't leave instructions on how to operate the DVR), documents on configuration of cameras, no information left on how to install software. Will not answer my calls or emails. Horrible

The repairman was highly effective and most professional. The problem, it turned out, was not complex but he identified it quickly and repaired it with dispatch. Beyond that, he offered good advice on avoiding future problems. I needed a number of accessories and he had them delivered within a day. Very pleased!
