Johnny, Mike & Kris did a fantastic job with our move. Was on time, professional and paid the utmost attention to the care of our belongings and our new home. Cannot say enough about these fellows!! Absolutely, would use them again!

The movers completed the job in less time than estimated, were careful to protect the new flooring in our house, and helped us re-assemble our furniture. The move went very quickly and smoothly!

Bay meadows moving, arrived on time (9:00am) Looked over items to be moved. Rolled out rugs and placed door guards to protect home & items.

I think the price was negotiated through my husband's company. They were great. The initial guy came to walk through the house and he was real professional. The actual movers themselves and the guys who did the actual work were contracted through North American Van Lines. They were great and very professional. Nothing was damaged. We went from a one story home to a two story home so they had a lot more work to do with the two story and they did a great job. They were quick and they got it completed before estimated.

As noted, Baymeadows was very flexible and accommodating to several unexpected changes in our schedule. They were timely in their packing, loading and unloading. The only issue that we had was that one bedroom dresser mirror was missed and was sold to a liquidator. From our review of the Bill of Lading, it appeared that it was listed then "Voided". We felt that we had no recourse since only our mother-in-law was there when the load was packed and loaded. .As for the delivered load, none of the furniture or household goods was damaged in the move. We were happy with the move and the people from Baymeadows and North American Van Lines.

3 men arrived on time, but were unprepared.They didn't have any tools for disassembling a bed. They borrowed my tools.Careless in handling---small damage to many items. In the last 15 years, we have moved and packed 10 times with NO damage. Baymeadows managed to crush (and BREAK) a box of carefully packed and padded glassware, boldly marked FRAGILE and identified with red stickers. The "lead" mover Mike, was the only capable man in the crew. After reading the good reviews of this company we were very disappointed

They were a little late arriving but they worked quickly & efficiently. They lost the connection to the wall bracket that held the TV & we have not been able to replace it.

The crew was great. They were very helpful, and treated by belongings with care. They arrived on time, and worked until the job was completed. It was a very hot day, but they never moved at less than a fast pace. I would definitely use them again, and recommend their services. The estimate of hours for the job was very close to the actual time taken.

The salesperson who quoted us (Chris) was polite and punctual. However the move itself started out rocky as we were guaranteed that they would send 2 trucks the morning of the move. They only sent 1 truck-- a second truck did show up later (and the driver of this truck helped out with the move for several hours) so this wasn't a big issue. But it did cause some anxiety as we clearly had way too much stuff for a single truck, and for a while we weren't sure if another truck was going to show up. While moving out of the old home they put a large gash in the corner of a wall in a main traffic area/hallway... They sent out a handyman to fix it the next day, which required for us to arrange for someone to meet him there since we were already gone by then. Later as they moved our furniture into the new home, we told them that we had brand new wood flooring and to please be very careful. This was also noted in our quote (to be careful with the wood flooring). So... they leaned a large, heavy headboard up against the wall in our master bedroom and it fell over, with the bolts in the headboard causing damage to several planks of the wood flooring. My wife was very upset about this, and having the planks replaced will be a major job if we go that route. They were apologetic about the damage but it was careless to say the least. Overall I'd give this company a C rating and would go with another mover in the future. I would not recommend them to others, based on our experience.

They did the move very quickly which allowed us to keep it under the two hour minimum. They were very friendly and got right down to business. Our overall experience was great!

The guys were prompt, very professional and pleasant. Did a great job for a very fair price.

t the new address and the rest unloaded into a storage unit. The only bad planning was that they showed up at 9AM to unload and the banks didn't open until 9 so they had to wait until I got the certified check from a bank that didn't know me as I had only just arrived in town. I couldn't get the check before I left home because they don't provide the final total until they deliver. Not a very good use of anyone's time.

On time, polite, professional and flexible.

Movers were prompt, courteous, and efficient. I was very pleased with overall, would have liked more attention to detail.

PACKER WAS VERY FAST AND CAREFUL, LOADERS WERE HARD AT WORK THE MOMENT THEY GOT TO OUR HOME UNTIL THE MOVE WAS COMPLETE. WE HAD AN ANTIQUE CAR MOVED AND THAT WAS ARRANGED AND ON TIME. WE ALSO HAD SOME ITEMS PLACED IN STORAGE AND THAT WAS ALSO ARRANGED AND ON TIME. ARRANGED AND ON TIME AS PROMISED IS WHAT YOU WANT WHEN YOU MOVE.

Two guys came with a truck, unloaded two storage units onto the trucks and unloaded into our house. They arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, were pleasant, didn't break anything. All in all a great experience.

Communication was excellent leading up to the move. The packers arrived on time and were even efficient in their work. Packing was even accomplished ahead of schedule and we remained ahead of schedule for the entire move. Everyone from Baymeadows was profession and friendly and a pleasure to work with.

The process was very professional and required significant attention to detail involving professional packing. When we ran into time constraints, the CEO personally took charge of the situation and literally sent an army of resources (4 packers, five movers and two trucks) to make it happen. We appreciated greatly the value and personal attention. I will use Baymeadows Movers again and recommend them strongly to assist in any relocation needs.

From the initial phone call to Linda, to the movers coming to our home, they were professional, friendly, and very efficient. The guys worked very quickly, and did not damage any of our furniture or boxes. They brought two trucks and had 4 guys help. It was fantastic! Definitely would use them again, although I do not plan on moving again! I do recommend them though!!!!

It was smooth and effortless. They showed up, did their work, engaged me and didn't break or damage anything. I appreciate all BM&S did for me, on such short notice (less than 24 hrs).

Arrived on time with all necessary supplies; promptly and carefully wrapped and loaded household, unloaded and set up at new location. Company returned to pick up boxes and paper to recycle.
