They were wonderful. The 2 gentlemen that moved the furniture (David and Greg) were clean cut, well mannered, and extremely careful with her stuff. I so appreciated the care that they took with her possessions. I would absolutely use this company again if I needed a moving company. I would also definitely request both David and Greg.

Outstanding move. Movers were prompt (early!). Moved everything quickly and professionally. No damage to the items or the hardwood floors. Highly recommended.

It went well and so far everything is good. Everybody was really friendly, and the estimated price was way off from the actual cost. That was something that concerned me. They handled all my possessions thoughtfully and handled them like their own.

It was a bad scenario from start to finish. Baymeadows helped unload our truck and they were under the direction of a moving company in California. There were items damaged and missing and I have partial sets for dishes. I have nothing complimentary to say about them. This wasn’t a move that was initiated through Baymeadows and it was something that they stepped into. The guys did what they were told. They guys that showed were professional and they were through Baymeadows.

The service was fine. The only thing I was I caught off guard about was that they charged me a fuel charge which wasn’t in the initial quote. They movers were really good and professional. Their price was competitive. They got everything packed in about 6 hours in POD.

A friend recommended Baymeadows Moving and Storage to me, and I am glad they did. The movers they sent out, Mick and Miguel, did an outstanding job with my move. They carefully packed any breakable items I had, took steps to protect floors, doors and walls in the areas where they were working, and paid attention to other little details. The move out of my old residence was quick and efficient, and I also appreciated that they offered wardrobe boxes at no extra charge that they had available to haul my clothes and other personal items to my new home. That certainly cut down on a lot of time. When we got to my new home, they showed the same care and consideration to bring the items into my new home as they did taking them out of the old home. When my plans on how to set up furniture in a particular room did not work out, they had no problem at all moving the furniture as I tried different arrangements to make it fit. The price was fair as well; I have paid movers more and received less service as Mick and Miguel provided.

Went great they were on time and finished faster then expected nothing broke very friendly..The only thing is there was a charge not mentioned on phone when setting everything up untill they were done and got the bill so when setting up appointment make sure you ask for all charges i think it was the use of the truck charge but not sure..but would use the company again..

We loved the crew we had at our Orange Park, FL home. They were on time, considerate and did an excellent job. The loaded on August 6, 2013. We received a call a week later of a delivery. The crew on Nitro, WV side called to get instructions to my house. A man and woman came first and the man proceeded to say sh** no one told us it was going to be like this. He said he couldn't get his truck down my driveway. I told him that Jacksonville rep told me she put on the papers could be a possible shuttle on Nitro end. He said nothing was indicated to him. I then had to help him find a UHaul to call to get a smaller truck. He informed me there would be an additional charge since they had to get a smaller truck. I told him Jacksonville rep advised me there would be no extra charge. He then was very short and rude with the UHaul representative on getting the truck. They finally got a smaller truck and brought a load in. It went pretty smooth at this point until a young man helping dropped a dresser off the ramp as he was bringing it down. They had double wrapped it and on examining the dresser no damage was found. The man then informed me they did not remove refrigerator doors and couldn't get my refrigerator inside the house. So I had them put it in the garage. They went back and made sure everything was in their second trip. The man said he had to get to Pittsburgh, PA with the additional load he had. As they were finishing up, this same man said you are aware that your shipment is coming in two different trucks and I said no one had told me. Apparently, they picked up about 5500 of the 7500 pounds of my original shipment. He said they rest should be there in 3 days and to advise them it would be a shuttle delivery. They brought all of my bedroom but the footboard which was needed to put the bed together. I asked them to put my couch, recliner and loveseat backs on but nothing else was put together. This crew complained basically the whole time they were unloading about having to get to next delivery. I wasn't to happy with this crew. They didn't check off the numbers as they unloaded my items either. I kept waiting for the rest of my furniture to come and emailed or called to Jacksonville office weekly. August 20th I sent an email asking for status on the rest of the shipment. On August 21st, Toni emailed it had been crated and a message had been sent to the dispatcher for delivery date. August 27th email sent asking for an update to Toni since it has been 3 weeks since they picked up furniture. August 27th Toni emailed me back she would be in touch with Evans Van & Storage in Nitro, WV. August 27th I answered with following email: Toni: I would like to know how long Evans Van & Storage has had the shipment? This company is less than a mile from my new house and if necessary we can go get the items ourselves. We haven't been able to move into our house because the rest of our bed has been in this shipment they have. We have been lucky enough to have a family member willing to let us stay with them since our arrival in WV. August 30th - My husband went down to Evans Van & Storage which was right below my new house and talked to John. John said he had the papers but the shipment hadn't been delivered to them yet but they were expecting it but didn't know when. I received the following response from my August 27th email: Hello Brenda I am so sorry it is taking so long for the rest of the items to get there. I am giving you this information to file a delay claim. Please call 1-800-348-3746 option # 2 and please reference your registration number 745319. Please let me know if you have any questions on that. Let them know you cannot put your bed back together because the 1st driver left part of it here. Thank you Toni I called the toll free number above on September 3rd. The lady took the information and said she would be a trace on our shipment. She said it could take up to 4 weeks to find anything out. She said to wait 2 weeks and then call her back and we could put a claim in for items we hadn't received yet. September 5th received a call from John/Evans Van & Storage that shipment had finally come in and they wanted to deliver it on September 6th about 11am. John said he would call me at 8am the next day. September 6th - I received a call they couldn't find my house. I told Josh that I never received a call from John and I was at staying at least 15 mins. from my house and I had a cake in the oven. Josh said that was fine and to take my time. I told him I would be there as soon as the cake came out. Up on arriving Josh and Jeremy had no trouble getting their truck down the driveway unlike previous delivery. They were a good team and allowed me to check each item as it was unloaded. They were very efficient and polite. They put my bed together and asked if I needed anything else together. I told them they got my bedroom suite together and that was all I needed. I was very pleased and happy with these two young men. They were totally opposite of the first delivery crew. I would use these two again in the future and recommend them to anyone. I still have no answer on why my shipment was broken up into two deliveries and why it took 30 days to get the rest of my furniture. I am not sure who is at fault but feel it is North American Van Lines. I feel I should be given a refund for the second shipment which was about 2000 pounds since no one can give me the answer on why it took so long, where my stuff was. I also received a call the next day after the first shipment was delivered and asked to complete a survey on the first moving crew. After completing the survey, the rep said I would receive a $200 gift card for Restaurants.com but to this day haven't received it either. At this point I would not recommend North American Van Lines to anyone to use as movers. We were lucky enough to have family members we could stay with for the month while waiting on the remaining furniture we needed to move into our new house. If we would have had to rent a hotel room or apartment, it would have cost us an additional $600 or more to have a place to live. Some boxes were heavily damaged as well but thankfully nothing fragile was in them. September 12, 2013 = I contacted the Customer Service Corp. office for North American Van Lines and was informed there is nothing they can do as far as a refund. Only would reimburse us for hotel fees if we had stayed in a hotel. We stayed with family and paid them money towards food and utilities. I sent an email to coordinator, Toni/Baymeadows Moving today letting her know what North America Van Lines had informed me. I am beside myself that no one wants to step up to let us know why our shipment was broke up into two, where and why are second shipment took 31 days to get to us. So I have to update and drop my ratings.

Miguel, Mick & Herbert were our movers. They were excellent & would highly recommend your company & them.

They brought in 3 people initially and were able to bring a 4th person over to help them. They loaded and unloaded the trucks and put everything into the rooms that we directed them to. They did a great job! It was the best customer service I have had in a long time! They were 5 minutes early, effecient, courteous, and professional! I have nothing but good things to say about them. Kudos!

Pablo, Pand and nick arrived on time and ready to work quickly . We explained that we had a limited time frame and they were able to load all of our furniture and most of our boxes in approx . 2*1/2 hrs. at the new home they unloaded quickly and were finished in 5 hrs.

Baymeadows movers moved a very large oval desk to a small office within our house. This sounds like a relatively easy job, but due to the size and bulk of the desk and the smallness of the hallway and doorway the desk had to go through, it was not a job for me to attempt. Mike the owner reviewed a video of the desk and doorway that I sent and I was assured that the job could be completed successfully. Two professionals arrived on time and performed the job as promised. There were no scratches on my desk which was my concern for the job, and why I had put off the move for so long. I would recommend this company in the future.

I highly recommend these movers. Their service and attitude were wonderful. They even provided some free used boxes if I needed them. My things came through virtually undamaged. I've moved over ten times and they were simply the best.

It went great, they were amazing. They did not break anything. I highly recommend them.

The assigned team was prompt and worked quickly. The job was finished several hours ahead of schedule and the overall experience was pleasant - the team was friendly and eager to work. Although some items received minor damage, this is expected in a move of this magnitude. In comparison to other movers, the company wasn't quite as professional and as high quality as what we had moving across the country, but then again this was a local move and the pricing was excellent. Everything in general went pretty smoothly.

This crew was amazing. Finished hours faster than I expected, and did a wonderful job.

GABRIEL, RAY, LUCAS (AND LUCAS) ARRIVED PROMPTLEY AND WERE FINISHED PACKING IN A LITTLE OVER 3 HRS IN SPITE OF OUR NOT BEING 100% READY (WE EXPECTED THE WINDOW OF ARRIVAL TO BE LATER NOT SOONER) ! OUR SURPRISE. THESE MEN WERE CLEAN CUT, COURTEOUS, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL! IMPRESSED WITH THE CARE THEY TOOK WITH ALL THE ITEMS, SOME OF WHICH ARE EMOTIONALLY IRREPLACEABLE. WE HAD GREAT FUN WITH THEM, ALSO. BEING ABLE TO LAUGH AND JOKE IN SUCH A STRESSFUL SITUATION WAS A REAL BLESSING. GABRIEL SAID HE WOULD DELIVER MY EFFECTS ON SUNDAY AT 2:00 PM. NEW RESIDENCE IS NEXT DOOR TO A CHURCH, AND ALL SURROUNDING PARKING SPACES ARE NEEDED FOR THEIR CONGREGATION. ALTHOUGH HE WAS PREPARED TO DELIVER EARLIER THAT DAY, GABRIEL ARRANGED TO ARRIVE AT 2PM. HE HAD A GREAT HELPER, SCOTTY. THEY PLACED EACH ITEM EXACTLY WHERE WE ASKED THEM TO. IT WAS NECESSARY FOR THEM TO SHUFFLE SOME EXISTING EFFECTS, WHICH THEY DID WITHOUT AS MUCH AS A WHIMPER! THEY WERE BOTH VERY ENTHUASTIC ABOUT THE (HOT) JOB. THEY WERE FINISHED IN A VERY SHORT TIME AND, ONCE AGAIN, THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND FUN TO BE AROUND. I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE CHOICE OF BAYMEADOWS MEADOWS MOVING AND STORAGE - NORTH AMERICAN LINES.

We had an excellent experience, the movers: Johnny, George, Brian and Leonard were all great! They showed up on time, and moved quickly but with care. They only took 1 15 minute break and a 30 minute lunch break all day; they finished the job quicker than was estimated and all of our belongings are now safe and in good condition in our new home. We will definitely use Baymeadows moving in the future for any moves.

I loved them. I was 100% happy with them. The 2 men loaded up everything including my furniture in Jacksonville and delivered and unloaded it in Bowling Green. I didn't have to do anything. They placed the furniture in place and hauled a washer and dryer upstairs. They did everything a moving company should do plus more.

I love them! I use their services on a regular basis. I have highly recommended them to several people. They are the only moving company with who I would trust my stuff and my friends stuff with. They are always on time to the appointments. They are a great value for their service! They are a family owned business and they are a fantastic company. I think that they are amazing people and I just can't say enough good things about them!

They are great! They are some of the most honest and honorable people I have worked with in a long time. They are very conscientious and they took great care of our European oil paintings during the move. I recommended them to my girlfriend and she thought they were absolutely great. They provide a good service and they are a very good value for the dollar. I thought they were very reasonable and comparable to everyone else, except that their service was a lot better. They are very nice people. I highly recommend them.

They were great! The driver was really helpful. He installed my refrigerator and my ice maker. They really went above and beyond. They moved me during a blizzard and they were really helpful during the snow.

The man was very nice and friendly.

I used them on two different occasions and was extremely pleased. Thanks will use and recommend to everyone.

Chris ,the person that gave estimate, came out. Was very nice and informative. Four guys sent to move, estimated to take 8-10 hours, took 9. Did a great job, worked hard, efficient and fast.
