Description of Work: I added treatment of the entire house for pets and stains. also I had the grout in the tiled areas cleaned. This is why more than the advertised price. However the extra treatments were very reasonable. I would recommend this company

Description of Work: I called on Saturday to schedule an appointment for rug cleaning. The representative who answered the phone was very personable. He was articulate and asked questions about the size of the rugs. I asked him when the first available appointment was and he said he could get me in as early as Monday. I scheduled my appointment for 4:30pm on Monday. Around Noon Today (Monday), I called to ask how much it would cost, so I could stop by the ATM, and get the exact amount. The representative who answered this time was not as friendly as the first, however, he informed me that he'd have the field service person contact me. By 4:45pm, I still hadn't heard from the field service representative. Around 4:50pm, I called back to find out where the carpet cleaners were because they still hadn't arrived for our appointment. The third representative was very friendly and told me that she would have a field service representative contact me. It's 6:32pm. No one has shown up to clean my carpets nor have I received a call from any field service representative.

Description of Work: I DON'T RECALL WHEN THIS WAS DONE OR HOW MUCH IT COST. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE. HOWEVER NO NOT INTEND TO USE AGAIN. HAVE USED ANOTHER COMPANY WHICH I PREFERRED.

Description of Work: They steam cleaned the areas the were supposed to. I moved the furniture in preparation. I was told it would dry in about 2 hours....NOT! The carpet was soaked and it took 2 days to dry. I was not happy about that, but the carpet looked fine -- just very wet and I had to put towels down to absorb the extra water.

Description of Work: Arrived promptly & cleaned stairs, living room & dining room carpets. Although the carpets looked fine when they were finished, they had a problem removing an old cat stain in the DR. The spot looked wet when they left and it still looks wet, weeks later. Unfortunately, it looks worse now. I know that stains are difficult to remove so I really am not sure it is fair to judge them based on that. Other than that they did a good job.

Description of Work: Cleaned badly soiled carpets (2 toy poodles live here). Got out all spots and applied a beautiful scent. Also cleaned the hardwood floor in my dining/living room. When he finished, they looked as good as the day they were installed. Very pleased with the work and could not ask for more. Mr. Artiste, the owner, is a gem.
