They arrived on time and got to work quickly installing two outdoor lights, a hallway light and a ceiling fan. They were very friendly and did not waste any time. They also had necessary parts that I was missing. They left the house very neat and I had no clean up at all.

They installed the 220 outlet for my new kitchen range quickly and it works perfectly. The only complaint is that they said they'd call when they were on the way and didn't, but still showed up when they originally had said they would. Very friendly, explained what I needed to know, cleaned up after themselves, then were out of there. Very easy for me.

After evaluating two other estimates, we decided upon this company to perform electrical work on our property. The company representatives were professional, knowledgeable and on time. In a matter of a few hours, the electricians completed the tasks at hand. After completion of work, they insured that the area was clean and free of debris. This outstanding team came prepared and finished the jobs without difficulty. Their genuine concern for the customer was refreshing. We would gladly recommend American Electric any time, any place.

American Electrical was quick to respond. I called them late in the day and they said they could have someone out first thing the next morning. I received a phone call when the electrician was about 15 minutes away, letting me know that he was on his way. James, the electrician arrived right on time. He was very professional and courteous. The repair was done quickly and well. I would definitely use their services again.

I had all of the new fixtures and switch laid out. They came in and assessed the situation and got right to work. They had completed the installation in the tiem that was estimated. They cleaned up everthing before they left asd well as everything the moved. The workers were pleasant and informative. I am ready to schedule another project in the near future

Pleased that I got a call earlier on the day of the appointment, saying that the electrician would be available earlier than his appointment, moved time up, and they arrived promptly to get to work. Rapidly installed the whole house surge protector and outlet, very professional and courteous. Cleaned up everything and briefed me on their work. I originally didn't schedule them to look at one of my light fixtures, based on the work they just completed, asked the cost to look over the light fixture and fix it. Very quickly diagnosed a faulty rheostat, and got my ceiling light working again. I will definitely use them again, and will recommend them to my friends and coworkers. Additionally, they asked if I was military, and actively worked to give me a discount on their services.

Excellent, the company called first and asked if it was ok to come a little early and gave me sufficient time to get home. Shawn and his helper were very efficient and performed the work in a fraction of the time it would have taken me and at a reasonable price. They also cleaned up after they had completed the job. I rate them high overall. Their price was reasonable. The guy did a lot of work. He was extremely professional, quick, and punctual. He was not that expensive either. He was very knowledgeable. He gave us some good information. He was polite and as nice as he could be. Everything he has done has been good.

They came when they said that they were going to come. I did not deal with them too much but they were professional. It seemed like the services were fine.

I called the company for an estimate. The estimator met me and walked through the house making suggestions for improving the lighting and repairs. He was going to email me the proposal in two days. It has been three weeks and I have not heard from him or the company. I called American Electrical because of their high rating on Angie's List.

They were on top of the list on Angie’s List. They had a coupon, too. They were very good. They were very prompt and professional. They used my coupon. I got $20 off. I spent about $150 on the job. They were very punctual. They did everything for me all over the phone. They contacted my daughter for me and did all the work very quickly. They were reasonably priced as well. The price was well under what they had originally quoted me. My daughter did not have any complaints as well. They went out and did the work before they even billed me. Infact, I had to call them for the billing details. I will definitely use them again in the future.

They were responsive, showed up on time, and ready to work. They worked with me to determine a good pattern for the recessed lights in the kitchen, so we would get the most light where it was needed. Installation was swift and without incident. They were in and out in 2.5 hours. My only concern is that the following week they did the exact same job at my mother's house, three miles from here, and charged her half of what they charged us.

Sean and his partner came on time. They were friendly knowledgeable and thorough. They did a good job. Walked us through the process and cleaned up afterwards but they were a bit expensive.

They were respectful, and proficient. It started to pour (they were working outside), and they continued to work. I felt comfortable with them in my house - and if I call the company again I will personally ask for Shawn and Justin again.

As I said before, the service personnel removed an old ceiling fan and installed a new one. The service was prompt, freindly and professional. YES, YES, YES, I will use them in the future. I am very satisfied!!!

I was in a bind to get this done before my wife's birthday party. Once they got here they were great to work with and did a solid job at a fair price (for the peace of mind). I would use them again.
