He was punctual, and started working right away. He and his partner were both very professional. Mason explained what was wrong with the doors and how they were going to fix it. It was a little messy but they cleaned up the mess when they were done and now the doors roll very smoothly. Called them. Two hours later they arrived as promised. Removed 3 doors, took the bad one apart, repaired it, reinstalled all doors. Did a great job. Sliding doors is all they do, and they are great at it. The price was more than fair. I highly recommend them.

We had a sliding glass door that needed repair. I had several other quotes from various companies, and the other just wanted to replace the door for $5000. Mason was able to repair the door/realign the glass in no time. I was prompt and professional. Would definitely use again.

We ended up deciding to replace all the windows in our apartment, because we had problems that went well beyond the smoothness of the mechanism, and got a good price from another Angie's List favorite. But it was obvious that Mason knew what he was doing, and we were confident that he would have delivered the service we were contracting for. He was punctual, and started working right away. He and his partner were both very professional. They explained what went wrong with the door and how they were going to fix it. They were very neat and replaced all furniture where it needed to be when they were fine.

Mason and his wife Julia were punctual, extremely polite and obviously new what they were doing. Our house was built in 1979 so the door over the years had become increasingly difficult to slide open. The handle and locking mechanism had stopped working due to some broken internal pieces so the handle was literally in pieces. Mason was able to put new 'inside' parts into the handle and had it back together and on the door and fully functioning in no time flat. The most shocking difference was the new super roller bearings that he installed as the old ones were worn out. The door has NEVER been so easy to open...even when it was brand new it never functioned this well. We are extremely pleased with the service and would highly recommend him!

This provider was very professional. He returned my call right away and ask me the vital questions to do the repair. The break-in happened sometime during the day before 4:30. I found out from the tenant about 5:00 pm. I found Mr. Ball on Angie's list shortly after and had to wait for my Husband to go to the property to assess the damage and measure the glass opening. Mason Ball and I communicated via text msg because he was taking a class at that time. Imagine that, still handling the business at hand because I was in a panic. ( I was out of town ) He assured me that he would be there first thing in the morning. My Husband secured the window with plywood. Mason and his wife (Great Team work), arrived between 8:00 and 8:30 as promised and in a short time, they cleared the area of glass and installed the window. If anything like this should ever happen again, I will call him. Let's hope I do not need his services again unless for happy reasons or a new install.

Excellent work! I thought I would have to replace the doors which was an expense I was not prepared for. Mr. Ball came out to my home and was able to do repairs which save me over $2K - I am so thankful and cant say enough about the quality of his work, professionalism and pleasant attitude.

He arrived on time. Very professional with his work. Very neat. Save me a lot of money because I did not have to get a new door. Was in and out within one hour. My only two complaints was that he wanted to talk politics in the end. Not cool. Also if you write him a check, he takes too long to cash it. It took him three weeks to put that check thru. ?? I called to inform him and it took an additional two weeks before the check cleared. Again, not cool. Other than that, He did a great job.
