I offered them the project of turning my great-grandmother's double bed (from the late 1800s) into a settee. The headboard would become the back and the footboard, cut in half, would become the arms. It turned wonderfully and has become a sentimental addition to our home rather than being stored away for 200 years.

The large wall unit (13' x9' and 30 in x 9') they built and installed was designed by Randy Eckensberger after discussing what our need for shelves for records, DVDs, hardbound books, ornamental glass and several other categories of objects. What they built was beautiful, functional and greatly exceeded our wishes. Nothing run of the mill in their design, but rather almost an artwork in and of itself. The materials used were high quality solid hardwood. Their construction of the units, their delivery to our home and the sure handed installation demonstrated to us that they have had many bigger installations than ours. We can't say enough about how great these look in our home reflecting the creative thinking in designing and building these units. The value of what we got exceeded the cost in every way. Calling them bookshelves or entertainment centers or built-ins does not convey the real sense of what they built, rather beautiful and unique furniture.

I wanted to convert a wood king sized headboard to a queen. It was an intricate project that others I had talked to said was impossible or would cost so much money it wouldn't be worth it. The bedroom set was Bernhardt and very well made. Randy and his son did a beautiful job, and I am very happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend this company for any project of this type. I wish I had known about them much sooner. Both Randy and his son are exceptional craftsmen.

Randy refinished an old dining room table which was my Mothers. It had a lot of sentimental value, but had scratches and water marks. He did a matte refinish with protective finish to prevent future damage. I am very pleased.
