If I could give zero stars I would. Working with Tri-County Aluminum was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. My house was built in less time than it took them to complete this project. Delay after delay, excuse after excuse my project was completed 13 months later. I was not satisfied with the result but was told by Jim, the owner, that once they got the final inspection it didn't matter if I was satisfied or not, I had to pay my final payment or a lien would be placed on my house. Needless to say, this is not a company I would recommend to complete your project. I would not recommend Tri-County Aluminum.

This company installed a 3in insulated patio roof at our home 5 months ago. They have been out three times to fix the leaks and each time it leaks worse. I have called again and was told we were put on the schedule. Never came out. I have called and left messages and they have not returned my calls. The last guy that came out sealed the roof from the INSIDE. I told him that's not right, why would you seal a roof from the inside. His response was "because that's were its leaking from". Since I cant get a call back i decided to post our ongoing complaint here. I guess if we don't get a response and action to fix this our next recourse is court. Yes we have had rain days but we have had more non rain days. The roof came with a 1 year guarantee, but that's only as good as the company that does the work. I would hope the guarantee starts from the day they get it right. What a disappointment in customer service.

Put deposit down in March. After horrible delays, poor workmanship, unresponsive and dismissive attitudes completed in September. Roof leak, someone came out, gave me a tube of caulk and left. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

We weren't really happy so far cause they gave us one estimate and then they kept up, give us a different estimate. Originally when we took them on they started the job for four thousand something and then they kept upping it, but we told then when this done that's it nothing else.

The owner and office staff were extremely professional. I can't say enough nice things about my interactions with them. I just decided not to move forward with the project. My decision had nothing to do with the company. I'd consider using them in the future.

Estimate was provided with a purposely vague description of the service and material to be used. I did not do my homework and did not insist on more information before I signed for the work. The product and quality of workmanship would embarrass anyone that did this type of work professionally. My lesson learned and my bad experience should assist some unwary potential future customer of this company, to stay away and go elsewhere.

They were unresponsive, although I called them twice on 2/26. They said someone would call me back "shortly" but they never did.

It was nice to see them go the extra mile to follow-up with me.

.Overall I had no complaints,the price was reasonable. I got three estmates and this seemed fair in comparison.I would recommend this company.

I had damage from Hurrican Debbie in July at my mobile home in Largo, Fl. I receivd a phone call a couple days after it happened advising me of the damage. Since I lived in New York state, I was quite concerned about not knowing anyone in the area who could repair the damage and if I could trust them and were they a good company. I also was concerned that I was a woman and would they try to and quot;put one over on meand quot; or would they try to and quot;gougeand quot; the cost of repair since there was a lot of damage in the area from the hurricane. I decided to get on Angie's list and check from businesses in Largo, Fl. that could do the repairs. There were several in the area but alot of the companies didn't want to bother with mobile homes or didn't do metal roofs, etc. I emailed 4 of teh contractors and explained the stituation. I received immediate response from three of them and then narrowed it down to one, Tri County Aluminum since they responded so quickly to my email. I contacted them on 7/29/12 and had a written estimate by 8/1/12. They were more than glad to deal with my contact in my Park and kept him advised of their comings and goings at my place. I personally spoike with Jim O'Keefe at Tri County and he removed all my fears. He was always available to talk to and answered any of my emails immediately. They begain the work and when I arrived on 9/11/12 they werealmost done. Within a few days it was completed. The workers and Jim O'Keefe were very professional at all times. The work was done very well. A few days after the work was done, it rained and I woke up to stains on my new tile ceiling. I called Jim Oand quot;Keefe and he came and checked it out. He had a worker come and check it also and they found that one of the roof workers forgot to caulk around the screws from the dropped ceiling. The worker did the caulking and Tri County Aluminum paid for new tiles. All was well. We did have a very hard rain a few days later and everything was dry. I was very happy.

I called this company to get an estimate on two jobs. The first was to enclose a covered deck inside our screened pool enclosure with sliding doors. The second was to replace some screening in our screened pool enclosure with Florida glass or pet screening. Their estimate for replacing the screening was acceptable, so we turned then on. They said they could schedule us in two weeks. I have yet to get an estimate from them on enclosing the deck with sliding doors. A week after they gave us the screen replacement estimate, I called the company to find out when they would be able to do the work. They said late the next week. Monday morning of that week they asked if they could come by to do the work. I said OK. The were there in less than 20 minutes and proceeded to tear out the old screening. The work men were prompt and efficient, pleasant, and were very accommodating on the few changes we asked for on the type of screening we wanted to put in. A couple of the sections of screening we wanted Florida glass installed instead of pet screening. They did this without any problem. The workmen's manner was very professional and their manners were good. They did leave a little trash behind, but this was small pieces which were hard to see. They did make a good attempt at cleaning up. If I have any further need for work on my pool enclosure, I will definitely give them a call.

He came out, we went over everything and his estimate was reasonable so I accepted his bid. He's excellent. He knew what he was doing because he puts up aluminum Florida rooms regularly.

Two men (father and son team) showed up to do the job and it took them two days to complete it. They kept the area neat and clean and gave me a full inspection when they finished. They were short one piece of flashing and I trusted them when they promised to return and install it. When I got home from work the next day I was pleasantly surprised to see they not only put on the flashing but also cleaned my gutters and repaired a beam that had given me a problem ! We couldn't be happier with the roofover and will definately recommend Tricounty to our friends..

Came early to the job, cleaned up afterwards, did good job on all screens.
