The service was excellent but the windows were junk.The retaining strips would not remove or replace correctly. The technician did the best he could with an inferior product. No one could have done any better. He completed one of five windows and I released him from the contract and paid him double for the one window because of the effort he put in trying to complete the job. Disappointing to purchase thermal pane windows and have them go bad after five years and not be able to repair them. No response from manufacturer. Low end box store windows.

Immediately upon contacting Home Advisor, Rich from R&D Showerdoors called me right back. He asked me to take a quick measurement of the broken pane, and to send him a cell-phone picture of the window. Within minutes, he was able to give me a quote for the replacement, and scheduled an appointment within two days of our conversation (I told him it was not an emergency, since the window was basically still intact, and protected by wide overhang). He arrived promptly at the appointed time; was neat, clean, careful, professional and polite. The job only took him a short time, and was less than two other bids I had gotten for the same work. Hopefully, I won't need this service ever again....but if I do, I'll hire R&D Showerdoors in a heartbeat!

He knows what he is doing. I hired him to remove a 4ft x 8ft mirror from a wall and before I knew it the mirror was taken down put in his truck. The price was right. I would hire him again any day of the week. Thank you for job well done.
