This company from the beginning lied to me and never once told me the truth. The salesperson, to remain unnamed, lied to me every bit of the way. I brought up the bad reviews I read online, and he explained why those were bad, and I believed him. They are going to come on here and defend themselves. He told me that they are always on time, unless unforeseen road incidents happen where they can have a 3-5 delay on delivery, which is 100% understandable. Well, it took 3 weeks to get my things delivered from central Florida to Nashville after the expected delivery date. They also nickel and dime you the entire way. I was quoted $1600 dollars to move all my things. I gave measurements of all my large items and even purchased extra space for 5 extra boxes just in case. The moment they show up, they have got, yea you are going to be over and charge me an extra $250 right there. They told me. Our system estimates small, so they are banking on charging you more. They took my things on July 24th and told me there would be no problem having my things delivered by August 1st. August 1st rolls around, and I begin talking with Jenette. While she is nice. I was told on August 1st my stuff would be there the 2nd, then the 4th, or you are the next truck. I battled with this for two weeks with NO answer about when my things would arrive or even when they were planning on leaving with my things. She would call operations and never be able to get ahold of them. It was not until I spent an extra $750 dollars on their Priority Ground Service that she magically got ahold of operations to be able to get me a date. The PGS service guarantees your things to be delivered within 7 days, and I bought them on August 8th. I was told my things would be there on the 14th. August 14th rolls around and my stuff is still sitting in their warehouse. Once again, I was told multiple times. next load out, you are on the way or we even have one stop in Alabama, and you are next. My stuff did not get delivered until the 18th, 10 days after the purchase of the PGS, and my delivery driver was never in Alabama. This company tells you whatever you want to hear to get you off the phone. They do not even use their own trucks. There was someone elses load in the truck blocking mine, so they just unloaded the load in front of me all over the street. It was just scattered everywhere. I live in Downtown Nashville where there is a ton of foot traffic where they just left this stuff lying. Not my things, but they could be yours. It was quoted $1600 dollars and ended up costing me an extra $1000. I was lied to the entire way while they held my things hostage. Sell your things, burn your things, give them all away; trust the reviews. Do not waste your time, energy, or money.

It is been 3 months and NO DELIVERY OF MY BELONGINGS. 2 months after expected delivery date, I got 1/3 delivered. Missing mattresses, tabletops. Totally incomplete. There is no customer service. Staff has been uncooperative. No one can tell me anything. They need to be shut down. Scammers.

They are dishonest, underhanded, do not answer the phone, hold possessions hostage - use employees and their friends to put in 5 star reviews to increase their ratings. Let you use a credit card up front and then once they have doubled the cost of their services, no longer allow credit card transactions. Buyer Beware!!!
