Not well. He will not fix my roof. The original Roofer, Ronnie Hoggins, was the original roofer. Got in contact w him directly. He agreed this was covered by his warranty. So far no show.
Description of Work: My experience w Justin Singer, President, and my neighbor's experience has been the worst nightmare. I bought a newly built townhome from him in July 2016. Justin initially comes across as someone relatively trustable. My advise, do not trust him. He knows all the ins and outs of how to offer something that you will not get anyway. He gives you a one year home warranty and sends all of these incompetent people to your home to "half *** fix" not everything on the list but those things which are quick fixes. He does not take responsibility for anything. He would not answer my calls, emails or texts. He is not professional. Once he takes the check and plays nice he is gone forever. His assistant Malicah you can't even understand on the phone. I am not very sure about the credentials of his workers but the lack of intelligence/skill they demonstrate and the half assness of their job speaks for itself. They seem to be unhappy, underpaid, aware of what Justin does to people but afraid to talk about the hand that feeds them. One of his workers commented he didn't understand why Justin would not fix my roof as it was under warranty yet Justin insisted that the pond of stuck water that lasted for days was part of the design of my roof and he would not call the roofer to fix it. From the comments his workers make he does this kind of things to a lot of people. He has not even paid his painter over 5K that he owes them according to the source. At one time one of his workers, Brando, came to my house and said he saw a lot of things were wrong but he could not tell me bc he would lose his job. Great to know! Justin cut all communication w me bc i was asking for what was my right. Communication is impossible as they are all playing this bounce around game w great skill. You can't even find a physical address to have a face to face conversation w him. His addresses are UPS mailboxes. Justin would not honor his one year warranty on a newly built roof. He would not even want to call the roofer to have them come see and fix the leak which i reported immediately when it happened on 6/3 and did not sit in my *** on it. He sent a guy home to see the roof (not the roofer who built it) and the guy (Ferris) clearly said this needed to be fixed ASAP as it was major and said he would report to Justin. He never came back, Justin never called. Sent an email to say he was not doing anything to my roof to call my insurance company. Had roofers come to my home for estimates and they all said this had to be done by the original roofer bc I was under warranty still and this was standard. Yet Justin did not want to call the roofer. This speaks for Justin's ethics and the quality of the materials he allows these people to use. This was a new roof yet he was evil enough to say he would not do anything for me. Do not trust him. Have the house inspected by real construction workers and don't move in until he fixes the last detail or else he will not do what he says he will do. I promise you. He is very skillful at this game. He said he would have the house clean on my moving date and he did not so I ended up cleaning it by myself. He didn't care. He said he would install the TV wall outlets throughout the house and he didn't. It was a headache to get the cable people to do work they were not supposed to even do in at least the living room. Justin did not care. I reported the marble in my bathroom to be broken and he didn't care. Getting a hold of him or his partner Martin is very difficult. However, they both showed up in my house back in October before a storm and saw the part of my balcony/roof that was accumulating water, took pictures and then left it at that. Told me this was part of the design so they would not fix it. If you decide to buy a property from him I advise that you have 3 independent contractors inspect the property, wait for him to do repairs, wait, wait, get info on the specific name of the roofer and contact info, the painters, the plumber, etc so that u can contact these people directly. Don't sign anything he gives you unless a lawyer reads it. Believe me, he has been doing this for a while. He will not do half of the things he is supposed to do and get away w it bc he knows that hiring a lawyer is more expensive than to fix things your self and most ppl will not have that money. This is very common in South Florida and he knows it. So he takes advantage of people. My neighbor had to replace her stairs bc they were coming off and Justin would not fix them. Even though she purchased her attached townhome months after me he said her roof warranty expired on my purchase date. You are warned about this irresponsible, dishonorable contractor. At least I have warned you. If you proceed to do business with him still, do not regret it. But if I were you I would run away. RUN AWAY!
