His workers skill vairies. Not always the best

I hired Art Remodeling to replace the shower and toilet in my master bath. David, the project manager, made himself available from day 1, answering every question, responding to every text and phone call, helping me with choices and decisions, and diligently checking on the work in progress. The workers have been amazing, arriving on time, doing a great job, and cleaning up before they left. Everyone I encountered was courteous and professional. They were all great, but I was particularly impressed with the men who worked on the tile. Jay and Eric were both hard-working and extremely competent, kindly answering questions and providing explanations. They worked long hours to complete the job and do it well. Jay, in particular, impressed me with his work ethic and was meticulous about the job he was doing. The tile work is amazing, so much so that the plumber commented on what a fine job it was. I could not be happier with the work that Art Remodeling did. I have had other jobs done previously by others, with lots of problems and workers who did bad jobs or didnâ t even show up. It was a great experience to deal with the people from Art Remodeling, professionals who cared about their work and did a great job. I liked them so much that I hired them do additional work in my other bathrooms.

We had a consultation session with Art Construction and Remodeling and working with Sean was so wonderful. He arrived for the appointment on time for our appointment, and spent 5 full hours with us working to create a beautiful layout for our house. Not only did we decide to change our kitchen and cabinets but we were so pleased we included our 2 bathrooms. It took us months to decide our color/design choices and we still couldnt come to a decision. Sean listened to what I wanted and took the time to pick out pieces together while keeping in mind my modern design goal. Everything came together so well and our home now looks beautiful and feels so open. We are pleased with our overall experience and the would most definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to get any work done.

Worst contractor I have ever seen! Hires illegals and doesnà ¢à  à  t supervise AT ALL. Then lies about everything. Ià ¢à  à  m the laughing stock of the block!

Excellent attention to detail! I chose Art Remodeling and Construction to remodel our kitchen and master bathroom. Sean does a wonderful job communicating throughout the process and was a pleasure to work with..They added the personal element to the project that was essential. All new drywall, framing and windows, all new tile, sink, new whirlpool tub and lighting. This is the first construction project that didnt cause filth through our whole house. They did great adapting to changes as the project moved along and letting us know all our options. The outcome was just what we wanted.

I recently moved and found myself overwhelmed with having to redesign my home. When I started planning my project, an addition to my house of 1000 sq feet I interviewed 5 contractors. I have one word to say - extraordinary!!! This company and Sean in particular were amazingly efficient. He responded quickly, listened to what I needed, and provided several great options, all of which hit the mark in terms of style. They took me through every step and made it clear and simple. Sean listened, questioned, assessed, and recommended multiple options, explaining why he was recommending in each room. The entire process from the blueprint process to completion of construction was such a smooth process. I will definitely work with Art Remodeling and Construction in the future!

Art remodeling is a great company we hired them to do remodeling and lots of other thing in the house they done an amazing job very very professional will recommend them to everyone .

Contractors used WRONG 15 gauge wire versus 20 gauge wire inside the kitchen walls, creating **tripped 20amp breakers** when anything was plugged into the outlets - another contractor was hired to rip this out of the wall and re-wire to proper code. A fire could have been the result. There was a leak under the sink, because the contractors tried to solder copper to brass fitting, which did not seal. Another contractor was hired to fix these plumbing issues.

This company had a good name in our communety i called them they came and gave me an estimate i was so surprised with the price i signed a contract with them right away i had an offer from another company before them they gave me a better price and the work quality is amazing they had to come back only once to adjust the doors of the cabinets they gladly came and finished the job .... i am very satisfied and happy to write positive things about them ....

They came on time. They promised it will take them 7 hours and they finished the job on time. The final result was beautiful and practical. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a reliable company. Update: 10/01/2020 I hired them to do a full kitchen renovation. They did the job as they promised, it took them a day longer because they had a delay in a shipment because of COVID 19. But, in the end, the results are 100%. I am happy and very satisfied. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Thanks.

Eleven months of delays, broken promises, unprofessional behavior, and poor workmanship. They told me that they would take care of all contact with the city for the permit process and with my HOA office. That was the first broken promise. I had to call the city several times and they sent me down to the office to fill out paperwork when the office was closed to the public. I also had to call my HOA office for paperwork on at least 6 occasions. The permit took over 5 months and Art Remodeling blamed the city. I called the city and was told that they sent Art emails that they did not respond for over six weeks. I signed the contract mid-September 2019, and the permit was not issued until late February 2020. When they finally started in March they rarely showed up on time, and there were even times when they did not show up at all. My job always seemed to be put on the bottom of their list. Could this be due to the fact that I am a single female senior citizen? One of their subcontractors even made a comment that I should have had a man around when the work was being done. Another 3-week delay was due to the fact that they did not measure correctly for the backsplash and they ran out of tile. I needed water hammer arrests for the final plumbing inspection. Art said they never heard of such of thing. They are not contractors supposed to be aware of what is required for code. He tried to charge me an extra $481.00 to install. I called a different plumber and had it done for substantially less. Another big issue was my dishwasher. When they put it back in, it leaked when I ran it. They came out and looked at the plumbing and told me I need a new dishwasher. My dishwasher is only 3 years old. The plumber that I hired looked at it and figured out that it was not put back in properly. All they did was push it under the countertop and never anchored it in. Once the Art crew reinstalled it properly, it did not leak anymore. The subcontractors that installed the countertop left my guest bathroom sink full of dirty water and did not even let me know that they broke the sink stopper. The measurements were also off for the countertop. There was so little room to put my stove back, that they chipped the finish on both sides of the stove when they reinstalled it. When I pointed it out to them, they said my stovetop was defective and I needed a new stove. They had to take out the stove and sand down the factory finish on the countertop. All they did to repair the stove finish was put white spray paint on it. To add insult to injury, once the flooring was installed, the tiles were uneven and crooked. They tried to fix it by replacing a few tiles and it ended up worse than it was before. They finally agreed to tear out the entire floor and redo it all. It is now replaced and is better, but there are still a few uneven tiles. It is now the middle of August and they are finally finished. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I really enjoyed working with this company. They came promptly for the initial appointment, gave me an estimate and started the job as soon as the permit was ready (they took care of everything). The quality of the finished job is superior, I highly recommend them for everyone.
