Description of Work: They fenced in the whole left side of our house and enclosed the right side plus a gate. They did a tremendous job. It was all done in one day, the quality and workmanship was outstanding. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Representative was on time to give an estimate for the job. He was professional and courteous. Unfortunately, they were unable to do one part of the work. I considered breaking it down into two parts but finally decided to go with someone who could do the whole job.

Provided us with a list of references and addresses to check out the work they have done. |We are going to do this work in the future, but do not have a timeframe at this time.

Description of Work: I can highly recommend Samada Fence. Sergio and his crew did everything they were supposed to do, on time, within cost and very professionally. Even though he has three crews operating daily, I was pleased at the amount of time he personally spent on the job. The last day, I think he personally put up about 75 per cent of the boards on the fence. I was also pleased to meet his father who worked on the gates for his son. | |There was one tree that was debatable whether it had to come out or not. I hoped to save the tree but it was not to be. He took down the tree at no additional charge. Not only that, he removed the neighbor's fence at no charge to me. | |Sergio is the type of person you always hope will show up to do the job. His employees work very hard and do their very best. What I really appreciated was the effort everyone went to to make sure the site was clean and picked up after the work was completed. You can't go wrong with Samada Fence.

Description of Work: I was looking for someone to install a wall around my yard and called Samada. They called back promptly but unfortunately do not do that type of work. I appreciate him taking the time to call me back.

Description of Work: I have just relocated from East Hampton NY to Fort Lauderdale FL. I was referred to Angies List by my Allstate agent to source my appropriate providers. I have rented a temporary property on a point lot in the Las Olas Isles on the intra coastal. I needed quality, hurricane code, aluminum fencing which would pass both owner and city inspection at the lowest possible price. I obtained a ton of quotes and did a ton of research on the internet, and the very cheapest possible solution for a 0.5 acre intracoastal lot was 8.6k. I then went to Angies list and noted the top rated fencing company in the neighborhood, Samada Fence. I called and hung up because I was unsure if I was willing to go through the trauma of fighting with my latest contractor who had provided the best quote (and who had done all of the work for my direct neighbor). Fortunately, Sergio, the owner returned my call in spite of the fact that I had not left a message. Relieved to have the decision out of my hands I told him my situation and we confirmed an appointment at the property at 8am the follwing morning (this was approximately 3pm the afternoon prior). He met me at 5 minutes before 8am, he measured and went to his car and produced a written contractual quote in approximate 15 minutes which was 6.75K plus the cost of permit (which he estimated withing $10 of what it finally cost) pluse $75 to file for it. He gave me maximum timing to file, about three weeks, he drove the permit forms to the owner, obtained her signature and approval, filed for it, and then took my 50% deposit. He told me that the fence would take 3-5 days to install upon permit approval. He had approval about a week later, started the morning we agreed upon, finished three days later, had inspections completed on day 4 and I met him for payment upon completion of inspection which he insisted upon as I would have paid him prior. Every step of the way he was responsive immediate and beyond any contractor I have worked with in my history of rennovating properties in FL, CA and NY. Description of Work: From the quick estimate to the time they completed the job, they were punctual, professional and the result looks great. I am assuming the fence will last bc it appears to be installed perfectly. I would highly recommend them if you are considering any kind of fencing or gate. Thank you Samada Fence !!!

Description of Work: I just got an estimate. Mr.Samada was very professional, punctual, & everything else, however he didn't want to deviate from the norm. Meaning, instead of installing gates that would open 11 ft wide, he wanted to keep it at 10 ft for whatever reason. He didn't seem to want to do a little customization to accommodate my special request so I didn't use Samada Fencing. Everything else about Mr. Samada was exemplary. The price he quoted me was very good.

Description of Work: Spoke to Sergio and told him the measurements. He gave me an estimate over the phone and came 3 days later to give it to me written. I messed up since I dont know about fencing and he told me I needed another post which I didn't know about but he told me that it was ok and kept the price the same. He came a week later, he had told me 8 am and he was right on time. He did the job in an hour. It came out great and I was very pleased. He put about 20 feet of fencing and 3 posts. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Would use again.
