They called within 10 minutes of applying on home advisor and was at my house within 1/2 hour. Tech knew what to look for that was causing issue with outlets not working. Tripped gfi in garage. Repaired gfi in kitchen which was causing dishwasher not to work. Charged hourly rate of $105. Was pleased with service and tech

Received a phone call from Best Electric within an hour of submitting request on HomeAdvisor. A cancellation resulted in an immediate appointment the same day. The technician was pleasant and respectful and completed the job to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend them for any electrical needs.

The technician was very polite. He displayed energy in doing the job. His personality was quite pleasing. And we were very comfortable with his being in our house. He cleaned up his work site after finishing the job. He is a credit to Best Electric. We certainly want him back when we have future needs.

Great response time & follow through

Daryl, the supervisor, showed up right on time to give me an estimate for the work. He was professtional and friendly. He knew exactly what had to be done and offered a good price on the work. We were in a bit of a bind because company was arriving soon and he had the job done the very next day. Michael and Noel, his crew also arrived on time and proceeded directly with the work to be done. They were pleasant and answered all the questions that nosey customers usually ask, but continued with their work. It was a pleasure to have them in our home and, all-in-all, it's a fine job. I'd recommend this company and crew at any time.
