They arrived on time...brought extra 'ballast' in case it was needed. Were very honest in telling me that the current ballast was perfectly okay, and that I didn't need to replace it. Saved money!!!! Great experience and would definitely recommend them for quality, on-time, service.

Best Electric needs to up their level of service to keep pace with their name. A simple outlet install was performed for a premium price. Doctors and most lawyers make less per hour than I was charged. You would think that they could pick up the cutout sheet rock and sweep up the dust they made for that price, but no. It must be beneath them. Service was fine, but I'll try someone else next time.

The project was well done but priced

2 employees were here & put in 3 can lights in no time at all. They both were pleasant & courteous & cleaned up after. Would recommend them to anyone.

They called in advance to estimate when they could be here, then called again to say he was on his way. Arrived exactly when he said he would. Fixed the problem within 20 minutes . Cost was very fair. Outstanding overall service.

Though there was initial confusion about the start date (probably my confusion) Daryl rearranged his schedule to accommodate us. He was pleasant and professional and as hardworking as any contractor I have ever hired. We had him change out all light switches, receptacles & fans. He installed new interior & exterior lighting and repaired existing exterior lighting. I will definitely use Best Electric of Palm Bay, Inc. the next time I have electrical work.

Best Electric were able to schedule the work very quickly and the technicians arrived on time, completed the project quickly, and were very polite and professional. I asked about some other projects and will be scheduling some additional work with them in the next few weeks.
