Clay was very nice and we were very pleased with his work. He installed a new water heater and took the old one away. He also included a new shut off valve and placed our new heater in a drip pan so if it ever leaks someday, the water will flow out on the garage floor and not along the back drywall. My husband said we definitely got the right man for the job! He gave us a one year warranty on workmanship and 6 years on the heater.
