custom cabinets, cabinet refacing, countertops, home remodeling
 + 2 morePlanning was fairly extensive and we were consulted about all choices. Showed up when they said they would and kept us informed about progress. Were cooperative about changes/alterations. Worked well with other trades. Cleaned up well daily. About the only problem was that we had understood that this was a two-week process and it ended up being a three-week job. Overall, we were pleased with the process and the results.
Description of Work: Build some new cabinets; rebuilt drawers; painted cabinets, replaced cabinet doors; installed hardware on cabinet drawers and doors; crafted new trim for cabinets; supervised installation of granite countertops; took down, then reconnected sink plumbing and range hood; installed new sink and faucets. Were able to work around other trades. Made polite suggestions about other renovation projects.

 + -1 morethe House Doctor was very professional, courteous, went straight to work and performed above average . He arrived promptly and his work is excellent. We have called him a few times and have always been pleased with his work.
Description of Work: I had a major leak in my dishwasher that flooded all my floors, base cabinets, moulding, and toe plates. He arrived at the house within minutes of the call, temporarily fixed the problem until parts could be ordered, and returned when he said he would to repair it. He offered to repair all the floors and cabinets, but after a thorough drying, we were able to save the cabinets and we did the floors...
