We had just purchases this home. The carpets were in good shape in all but one room. Toni worked really hard to make my carpets look the best they could and they looked almost new. The one really bad room had animal stains (?). We bought the odor neutralizer and it did not work. Toni came back out and redid that area. It made all the difference. Overall I would use them again. Toni takes a lot of pride in his work. Jason who answered the phone just wanted to make sure we were satisfied. Overall they had amazing customer service. A+

From the beginning of the project, Pablo (the owner) was very professional and always responsive to any questions or needs. He was prompt in terms of a visit to my home, and Jason the manager was very good to work with in relating to the production of an estimate and a statement of work. My job was relatively large for a residential job, requiring three full days of continual work to hone, polish and seal about 1600 square feet of marble floors as well as cleaning the carpet in the remainder of my home. Tony and Vernon performed the work, and Pablo himself was at the job site regularly to both supervise the results and to perform some of the work involved. Everyone was courteous and professional and made every effort to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the results. I plan to use FusionCRS to maintain my floors in the future and would recommend this company to anyone requiring floor and carpet cleaning and service.

They were a little late on the arrival, but sometimes when you drive Hwy 98 it is unavoidable. We were moving out of a rental (we had lived there for 6 years) that had 10 year old carpets. I must admit, they were pretty dirty but when Tony was done they looked great - not new, but nice and clean. Super happy with the outcome. I elected not to take advantage of the free grout cleaning.

It was very good. They were very professional and they did a good job. They called and made arrangements on the day. They were very prompt and I can't say enough good about them. They did the best job than anybody I've ever had because my carpet was very, very soiled. I would highly recommend them. He had an assistant with him and he was training him but it didn't interfere with the carpet cleaning at all. It was a good deal.

The carpet did not come clean at all on the first go-around. We have no pets or children and the carpet was not that bad; however, when I pointed out that our master bedroom was no cleaner than before and extremely wet, the technician explained to me that it was due to fiber breakdown and was not dirty. Our carpet is very good quality and was purchased in 2010, and I was not happy at all that he said the fiber was breaking down. So, I went to inspect the other 2 bedrooms, which are on the other side of the house and only used when we have company, and found that they looked exactly the same with the few lightly soiled spots that were there to begin with still remaining. With that, the technician apologized and went out to his truck to get a spray bottle of solution and finished cleaning the dirty spots by hand. Amazingly, all the spots came clean (I could have done this myself with spray-on carpet cleaner). I wanted to know the carpet was deep-down clean, but I truly don't believe there was any cleaning solution used in the beginning. He proceeded to do the same thing in the master bedroom where he previously professed we had fiber breakdown; and, lo and behold, it appeared much cleaner as well. Another problem with the master bedroom area was that it was soaked and took almost 24 hours to dry. That can't be good! He told me their policy is to make sure the customer is satisfied, so I will give them credit for that. I have had the carpet in our bedroom cleaned once before by another company, and it looked brand new. I will have it done again by the other company. I just truly wanted to give the local company a try.

All work performed in a professional manner. The 2 employees were punctual, efficient, and courteous. They successfully removed stains in the carpet. Travertine surface restored to its beautiful soft shine. We were very pleased with the company, would recommend them, and use them again.

Pablo and Danielle took great care to get the large rugs back into the correct place and arrange my furniture on it. I was very happy with the outcome. Would definitely recommend them.

Excellent A+ service. Came to the house on time, let us know the type of rugs we had, cost of cleaning, cleaned the cheaper rugs here at the house and then took the orientals and wool to their shop for cleaning. Delivered back to the house and even carried one of the rugs upstairs for us. Look great, smell great. The cleaner was professional and gave us lots of great info to maintain our rugs.
