Excellent job. Was advised that the stains were so severe that some my "reappear" later and they have to some degree.

This is the best carpet cleaner I've used.

I recently employed Fusion CRS to clean the carpets, tile and grout in my new condo. The office staff was great. Tony and Christy were my technicians and they were wonderful! They arrived promptly, explained all the charges in detail and got right to work. They paid great attention to every detail and took particular care of some wear spots and a couple of nasty stains. Tony and Christy were both very courteous and their level of professional performance was outstanding! I will definitely be using their services again!

Very well. The crew was on time and professional. There was a glitch with the main generator and the owner came out immediately to replace it and stayed so the job would be completed in a timely manner. They crew had a backup unit they used until the owner arrived

Fusion did a great job. Carpet gets abused regularly since it is primarily a vacation rental, but it cleaned up well. Will definitely use again.

The process actually went perfectly. Pablo, Danielle, and Porsche of the office worked with me to fit my schedule perfectly, despite the fact that my circumstances caused me to reschedule twice. Tony and Jacob arrived at the condo on schedule, explained the process thoroughly, and then performed the work which produced fantastic results!

Anthony and Jacob did a superb job. Along with their professional attitude, they even more booties and protected the corners of the walls. The carpets look fabulous and I would recommend them to anyone.

They were able to clean the grout beautifully. I had tried 3 other companies and not one of them could clean the grout properly. This was a rental condo for 30 years so there was a lot of ground in dirt and staining. Fusion made it look like new. I was amazed. Very professional and prompt. Also neat and cleaned up after the job. I was quite pleased.

Great service as they performed as advertised. Communication from my call to them through them showing up, performing the job quickly and professionally was great. They left nothing to question, whole experience was painless. I plan on using their tile cleaning and sealing service in the near future.

Great! Tony was very prompt and knowledgable! He was able to remove several dark spots in my light carpet and it looks refreshed! Tony was very personable and he worked very fast!

Provider was to show up between 9-11 a m. I waited until 11 and called. They said there was a scheduling issue and they showed my appointment as a week later. They quickly resolved the issue by routing 2 guys that were finishing a carpet install to pick up the grout cleaning equipment and head my way. They were there within the hour. They were flexible about cleaning my problem or high traffic areas which was great and the entire floor wasn't bad mostly just those areas. After they were gone I discovered that some of the cleaning solution had splattered on the bottom of stainless steel appliances causing some dark staining. I called them the next day and again, they were very professional and showed up promptly with a crew and proceeded to polish away the stains until I was satisfied. I guess the end result was I felt they did a good job with the cleaning and although there were a couple of hiccups, they did a good job of making things right and were professional to deal with.

The sofas and chairs were cleaned well with extra attention paid to the difficult spots which i truly appreciated. All of the furnisher looked cleaner and brighter. Second service was floor tile cleaning. They worked hard and did an excellent job making the tiles in even high traffic areas look like new.

Tony and Tim were punctual, friendly and professional. Job was done thoroughly and expeditiously. Carpet came out looking fantastic. We had the highest traffic areas cleaned and treated, which they now look like new again. Excellent job!!

Tony and his partner Sabrina were courteous, prompt, and professional. They called us the morning of the appointment to confirm their estimated arrival time and than called us again when they were slightly delayed. We were very pleased with Tony & Sabrina's service and the finished results made our carpets look brand new again. I would recommend and use them again, and we are currently thinking of having them back to clean and seal the tile grout in our 2 bathrooms

Service called before coming, arrived on time (actually available a bit early as their earlier appointment canceled) and did a good job of truck mounted carpet cleaning. It was significantly cleaner when they left. (We were cleaning to see if the old carpet in a home we bought was salvageable but years of neglect had taken their toll.) Technicians/service professionals worked well and quickly but were great at answering questions. Cost less than the service the carpet sales person had recommended to us, but came with good ratings. We intend to use them to keep the new carpet clean.

They were professional, fast and convenient. Great service and the most important thing was that this company was CERTIFIED! !!!!
