I called for app't on headlight. Told estimated price. No app't necessary just bring in any time. Took SUV in, they took vehicle right away to replace light. I also asked about oil change service I was told they could do at same time. I had both done quickly, efficiently and at price quoted. Ever one was very professional and present. Owner can over and thanked me for letting me service my vehicle. I will definitely take my vehicles there in future.

We had asked for them to fix a few other things that were inop for me, but when taken to the shop they were working and while I don’t know why the mirror & brake lights did not work one day and did the next I’m glad that the mechanics were honest about us not needing the work done. With regard to the work that was actually done, they fixed the problem that another company failed twice to fix.

I moved here in June, and I frantically looked for a reliable mechanic for my 11 year old Trailblazer. I found just such a person here! They are so thorough, and will recommend only things you need. The place is busy for a reason! Once they kept my husband's car for 2 days trying to track down the problem. They really want to get it right instead of guesswork. Great place. I will go there forever.

I followed Terry's recommendation and got the local Ford dealer service manager to agree to the repairs. Obviously, Terry went out of his way to get my repairs done at a fraction of what I would have had to have paid him or someone else to do the repairs. I stopped by Terry's shop the day of the repairs and thanked him for his advice... I also assured him that he would be our mechanic of choice for any future service and repairs. Kudo's to Terry Wynter!

Called the service center and spoke with Terry. He explained to me via telephone the cost of the repair and approximate cost. He said I could bring it in immediately and his service department would accomodate me immediately. Upon my arrival I was pleasantly greeted by Terry and he informed me that a bay was open based on my arrival. After beginning the job, he came out to the very clean waiting room and informed me that there was another belt that needed replaced and showed me the other belt witha similar problem. This service center is very efficient and professional and being new to the area I certainly will be using him again in the future for both of my vehicles. I highly recommend this facility.

I was very pleased and excited that I have found a person and staff that can treat you very well and explain the technology so that you can experience it. No pressure, open estimates and a real caring attitude. Always backed up his opinions with protection for the customer and a willingness to financially back up his decisions and work if needed. I was transported to my residence and called when the car was ready and picked up again and transported to the shop. .Visually inspected the job with the owner and tech. Insured that if there are any other problems that they would be there for me.

Pricing is very good. They did agood job. One service that he does is that, he will drive you to your work place and then pick you up in the evening, so it is ideal when I went to work. The punctuality is excellent. He also tells you upfront how much is going to be. He does not screw you and very down to earth. He is very knowledgeable.

We had been nursing a bad ball joint on our 2000 Mustang for months. A visit to Tuffy yielded an estimate of over $900. We took our car back and “got by” with a little WD40. That quieted the squeaking noise for a while (not recommended!). The day finally came when we had to get it done. We found Terry Wynter on Angies List. He offered to drive us home and I said I had an old 1978 T-Bird I could follow my wife in and return in later to get the Mustang. Wouldn't you know it, almost to Terrys’ shop I blew the radiator on the T-Bird. Terry sent a tow truck and paid for a rental for us to drive for a day. That is all we needed because both cars were done in less than 24 hours. The Mustang got out for $573.38 that is lower ball joints and an alignment. That seems very reasonable. Especially when you look at what Tuffy wanted for the same job (over $900). When the T-Bird radiator blew I was struck by how rusty the water was. I knew I might be looking at the original radiator (the car is well preserved but almost all of the parts are original.) The T-Bird was a little more at $1493.98. That covered a complete cooling system flush (remember the rusty radiator water), new anti-freeze coolant, a new radiator, 4 new belts (I have the old ones, they were 34 years old without a doubt), new thermostat and gasket AND they converted my old, non-functioning, Air Conditioning over to accept the new 134A Freon and charged up the system. Parts included: AC retro fit fitting, AC ester oil, Freon – 134A. The air works! I have been to auto parts stores and told “that is too old. Our computers don’t go back that far.” It is rare to find a shop that would even touch a 34 year old car. My sincere thanks to Terry Wynter, Jim, Steve, Jeff and the whole crew at TERRY WYNTER AUTO SERVICE CENTER!

I called for a price and to make an appt but they got me right in. They were quick, very accomidating when it came to making my wait comfortable, and friendly. Everything was explained in detail and I paid exactly what they had stated I would be charged. I plan on using them for all my car repairs from here on out.

We took our truck to Terry Wynter's in September for what we thought were semi-routine repairs. It turned out to be rather complicated (several issues), and cost us $3300. (They did suggest joining AAA to get a discount, which was helpful). After a couple weeks, my husband was still having trouble, so they promptly got his vehicle in. They then told us that they found something entirely new, and it cost another $800. Seemed odd that they never noticed these issues during the prior repair. About two months later, my husband blew a brake line and we took it in. They redid calipers and the whole nine yards and it cost about $500. We took the truck home, and two weeks later...we still had a brake issue. They promptly got it back in, and told us we needed new brake pads and new rotors, and it would be another $400 (and they'd give us the rear work for free). That's the straw that broke the camel's back. If they supposedly did all that brake work, then why wouldn't they have noticed the pads and rotors? We had just had our pads changed about 18months ago at Tires Choice, so we called them back up. We let that vendor look at the issue. The pads were replaced for free (as they were under warranty), and they were able to just TURN the rotors. We walked out for about $150. My perception is that we were taken to the cleaners by Terry Wynter. They are helpful and friendly, but either they're not as competent as I'd hoped, or not as honest about the work being done. Really disappointing.

Great experience overall. One of the best experiences that I ever had with a auto repair shop. They showed me issues and what needed to be done to resolve. They could have told me other things needed done but were honest and told me that the problems wouldn't be an issue for some time. I now feel I have a go to guy with Terry for all my auto repair needs. I highly recommend!

I've been using him for years on all my vehicles. You can't beat him for auto service. They make sure everything is working without overcharging you for their service.

After checking at Sears they sent me to Terry Wynters and he replaced my read wheel bearings. They did a good job at a reasonable price

I had a big trip planned. While I spent more than anyone ever wants to, I felt (and always have) that Jimmy and the guys at Terry Wynter really care about my safety. They bent over backwards to get me to and from work on time, and the work only took a single day. As a female, that they treat me with respect means the world.

They kept me informed and they were upfront with what they were going to do. They were very thorough. They had the car ready when they said it would be. They were very professional.

I always get good service when I take my car into Terry's. I don't remember what needed to be done, but it had to be done. I have an older car and Terry tries to do the minimum to keep the car safe and keep me going until I buy a new car. They always give good service. They are always friendly and glad to see you. It is a homey atmosphere. They have worked me in every time I have shown up without an appointment. They are very attentive to whatever I need. I definitely recommend them.

Got quote over the phone for a starter in a Toyota. Told him Toyota dealership experience and how much time (1.5 hours) they said it would take to install. He beat their price....and put it in that morning. They gave me a ride to work and picked me up. Starter made a horrible sound when I started my car, they had to put a new starter in the next day as they said that one was defective. They gave me a lifetime warrant on the starter (Delco parts). I willl definitely recommend them and will be using them again. Very courteous and competetively priced work.

They keep me well informed and do excellent work that is right the first time. I recommend them without reservation. They offer AAA discount.

They come out and explain everything to me before they do any work. The last time I came I said there was a noise. He hopped in the car with me and we drove around for 20 minutes. He never heard the noise, but it was amazing to me that he did that! Everyone who works there is very nice to me. I have noticed when I'm waiting that there are a lot of women that come in for service, so that leads me to believe that other people that don't know much about automotive service enjoy going there. They give free rides to your work or home if needed.
