This company performs great work, responds very well, and follows up, they are very neat - however, they work rather slowly.

We were out of town for an extended period and were told by visiting family that the air was off, right before Memorial Day weekend. The air conditioning person told us the electrical panel was dangerous after seeing a blown circuit breaker. We had used Jaron before and called him. He checked the panel that day and explained the old panel and entrance looked bad annd needed replaced, mostly because of the design and materials used in the 1980's when it was installed. They shut off everything with a heavy draw that allowed power to the refrigerator to save our cold goods. They coordinated with LCEC and had everything up and running in a day or so. They did an EXCELLENT job in a short time frame and looked out for our belongings in the meantime. All this while we were out of town and coordinated through a friend. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

They were very repsonsive and prompt in coming to our home. Work was professionally done and the electrician explained everything very well. He did not try to sell me any additional products of services but when I asked about causes of this happening he said in the future you may want to consider a master breaker on the electrical box - he gave me the installed price and completed that within 15 minutes. The only miscommunication that happened from the owner is that I asked about hourly rate and he quoted me at rate in the $79 to $89 per hour range but he did not inform me that the first hour labor rate was at an elevated rate of $135.00. They gave a 15% for Angie's List. That aside, I think they are an excellent Electrical service, great customer service, friendly, helpful and reputable - I would recommend and use again.

They did a fine job. The installer was very accommodating, asking several questions on what I preferred. The final job looks real good.

This review is long overdue -- so sorry that I don't remember more details. In any event... I called to have a light fixture repaired/replaced and to have a ceiling fan installed. I also wanted a "check" of my fuse box. The company was great! Very easy to get an appointment to fit my schedule. Work was done in a very professional manner. I don't recall the price (because this was last year) but I recall thinking it was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

Even though we only corresponded via phone and email, Jaron explained what he would be doing for me in great detail. He worked very well with my management company. The job was completed in a timely manner. From start to finish there was attention to detail, concern for a job well done, and professionalism.

Jaron, responded immediately to my calls. He reschedule a few days to try & get my work done before I left. After closer inspection, we also needed to have the wires coming into the house replaced also. Jaron made all the arrangements & permits, emailed us a new estimate which was very reasonable. On 04/23/13 a friend met Jaron, by the end of the day the new breaker box & a breaker for the furnace were installed. Our friend was very impressed with the neatness & professional work of the entire crew. I need photos for our insurance company. They were sent to me with before & after photos. I also received a letter stating that what they had done for the insurance company. Southwest Florida Electric will be our electric company from now on. Our friend was also impressed with the work they preformed. Thank you!!!

Pleased with explanations and work. Electrician worked well in my house full of pets. Work was timely: I didn't feel he was dragging out services to be able to charge.for next time segment. They gave me the Angie's discount without complaint or trying to weasel out of it as so many vendors do..

He arrived within 10 minuted of scheduled time (called prior to tell me he would be a little late), had necessary equipment on truck and had job completed in about one hour.

Jarron Henkel, of Southwest FL Electrical Inc, provided us a quote to wire our house for four ceiling fans and run a new switch and electrical outlet in our house. His quote was very reasonable, to the other 4 quotes we received to for the same work. When the day came for the work, both he and his Tech, Brince arrived right on time with all the material needed to do the job. We were immediately impressed with Brinces? work ethic because he brought in drop cloths to cover his work area and entrance to and from the garage. We are very happy with Southwest FL Electrical Inc, and plan on using Southwest FL Electrical Inc again and highly recommend them.

They replaced the fuse. They were friendly and prompt.

Have you had a noise in your car that disappeared when you took it to the Mechanic ? That is what happened to me. Despite, t my f problem disappearing, I would call SW Fl. Electric without hesitation. My phone call was answered within the hour, a date and time was made and kept without a hitch. The service was performed in a professional, informed, and friendly manner. I would not hesitate to call or give a recommendation to any of my neighbors or friends. I shall keep the business card in my "Home Repair Call List" for any other electrical concerns.

On 12/26/2012 I called the Company. The owner called back two hours later. I explained the problem. He explained possible problems, & the cost of repair. We set up a service call for two days later, since it wasn't an emergency. The technician showed up on time, performed the service in a timely, & professionally manor. I was definitely satisfied with the service, and will use Southwest Florida Electric next time I have an electrical problem.

Initial call was returned promptly. Appointment made and kept. Friendly, courteous, and informed advice and work performed. Would use them again.

VERY WELL!!!!!!!!!!!! We called and left a message on Thursday and he returned our call within 15 minutes and scheduled an appointment. Showed up on time and made the husband created repairs quickly. Very important, he cleaned up after himself. Will use again

There is not a better electric company to deal with--not a better company to deal with period! Very knowledgeable, professional, conscientious, polite, courteous, fair pricing, … I just can’t give Jeron and Brence enough accolades in their electric expertise, work ethics and business conduct. They were very accommodating to work with our preferred schedule. They went "the extra mile" in making sure that everything was not only what we wanted but also up to their high standards. We will always use Southwest Florida Electric--Jaron and Brence are THE BEST!

Small job but necessary...they were on time and analyized the problem quickly and performed the repair in a professional manner.

I called on Monday morning to have an outlet added...."Jaron" came by within an hour..and put one in...hooked up a switch for me that allowed me to light all the Christmas lights outside...did a great job..and "...I would never use anyone else,excellent,neat and professional in every way
