Responded as an emergency call. Quick service. Professional. Reassured me of what the problem was. I thought would be costly but wasn't. Will use again definitely.

I called Jaron for an estimate to run a new service to a new boatlift. His bid was the best and we scheduled the work. He and his technician arrived on time and kept with the work until finished and inspected. They did outstanding work! I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Its a week after the Monday that we should have received the estimate, called them twice on 2 different days and left messages - no call back, no estimate. So, we are at a loss as to why we have never heard from the gentleman and very disappointed that we waisted our time to meet with this company who was eager to work with us however never followed through.

We were having problems with lights dimming and flickering. This year I called Mabry Electric in Cape Coral and he said we did not have a ground in the box so he installed that. We still had a problem so Mabry and the LECE(electric company) determined that the line going from the pole and our house was bad. LECE replaced the line and we have no more problems. I feel that Southwest Florida Electric should have gone further to look for the problem.

They got right out even near a holiday and got the work done in a very proficient manner.

This was an excellent experience. Service was exceptional. He went through the entire house and corrected or replaced all outlets and switches as needed. He was extremely knowledgeable and offered common sense solutions. I highly recommend this company for their service and I will use them from now on for all my electrical needs.

I have been using this electrician, Jaron for several years. They are a small company, they will work with you, and they are very knowledgeable. When you find somebody good, you keep them!

Jeremy was a true professional. After getting an understanding of what I wanted, he went about his business and competed the project promptly. The work was done to my complete satisfaction.

My husband and I could not be happier! We had used Southwest Florida Electric Inc. last year to install outdoor motion lights along with outdoor GFCI wet protected outlets. We were so impressed with their work that when the spa company suggested another electric company we said no thank you and called SWFL electric. Their work again was exceptional(the code enforcement guy during the inspection said "the electrician did a beautiful job"). The professionalism is second to none. The service was exemplary as the owner came out himself to complete the work in time for us to enjoy our new spa for the Thanksgiving holiday!!

Brent from Southwest Florida Electric did a great job. I had old lights outside dating back to when my house was built in 1991. Very ugly. All lights work now, and the new fixtures look and work great. My ceilling fan on the lanai is beautiful.

Completely install a new ceiling fan. Had to go to the atic, wire, drill hole in the ceiling, install a new switch (cut wall and did a great job... very neat!) Checked every plug in the house and changed polarity if needed, Put a conduit sleeve on water heater of safety, Lubricated master electric shut off switch to make it easier to shut off and on. Cleaned up afterward. Very happy with placement of fan. This company has a team of professionals that you can trust to do a great job. I have dealt with Jaron and Bryce and both are excellent!

They came out the day after I had called them. They did a great job. I was really pleased with their work and they had such a great price. I thank them for fixing a dangerous electric box problem.

We had a power out age. The 4 outlets did not work even though the main switch was switched. Then the switches came on again by themselves. We really did not find out what happened but he did check everything. So no loose wires, no gls problems. No unclean wires. So we feel all that could be investigated was. He did not up sell us anything. Horray for honesty. Thanks Jesus for great service guys!!

Unbelievably, called on Labor Day with an emergency situation of a power outage at one of our rental properties. Arrived within an hour, completed a temporary repair to get power restored by FPL, as a result, tenant did not lose any refrigerated food, kept ontop of the work on a timely basis, Southwest Electric paid for a 2nd inspection due to a situation that was border line to pass Electrical Inspection however the Inspector would not allow resulting in the 2nd inspection being required. In the end, all was completed professionally and Service was well beyond expectation.

Friendly, professional, and efficient. All three jobs were completed in a timely manner. The work area was cleaned up as nothing had happened. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Kitchen work took all of one Saturday plus return visit on a Tuesday to finish. Brence returned on another day to do the non-kitchen work.

Very nice and responsive however I was supposed to get an Angie's List discount. I had talked to them the day before and was quoted $125 for the first hour. When he came out and found out I had a discount they wrote the bill up at $135 for the first hour and put reduced to $125 which was the same price I was quoted the day before when they didn't know I was on Angies List so really there was no discount. Plus the coupon online said 15% even if the price is 135 I shouldn't have paid 125 it would be around 115. I didn't argue because again they were so nice and fixed it quickly.

I called them becuase the power went out at one of my rentals and sparks flew from water heater. They came to the house same day. The had the problem diagnosed in under 2 hrs. The tech was very professional and went through everything clearly. I would use them for any problems I may have in the future with my rentals.What I liked the most about them is that they seem to be a very honost and upfrotn company and not the type that will try rip a customer off.619 Lac

These guys are the best in the business. They did an excellent job and are very professional. My water heater failed and I wanted to switch to a tank-less type. The existing electric line was rated at 30 amps and I needed 60 amps. They worked me into their schedule the next day installation and pulled in a 60 amp line. The plumber installed the water system the following day and Southwest Florida Electric came out with a hours notice to do the finial hook-up. I highly recommend these guys.

I used Angie's list and called several well rated electricians (as I forgot I had used Jaron several years before and was very happy with him). It was after hours and no one answered the phones at the 3 companies I called on Angie's List before getting to Jaron's company. The charge was higher than for normal business hours of course, but the tenant had no power or water and Jaron had him taken care of (at night) within a couple hours. He has a tech in Lehigh Acres so had someone on the job very quickly. He means it when he says they offer 24 hour service.

It went very smoothly, he explained that he was doing as he went along. He was very courteous and friendly. I would hire him again without concern.
