Joyful was excellent Would highly recommend her

This was the worst job ever for a move-in clean. She arrived late with only a Swiffer kit paper towels and some kind of cleaning product. None of the closet shelves were touched. All of the closets still had cobwebs. She did not touch the dining room table so much so that the heat protector pads were on the table when you lifted them they were all Dusty. She claimed to know how to use an upholstery machine to ruin my cushions. Her footprints were all over the floor. She expressed that she could see because it was dark in the house, but it did not occur to her to stop once that happened. I expressed to her that I needed a thorough move-in cleaning so that I could unpack and move in. I wasted valuable time that could have been unpacking and organizing vacuuming and cleaning. My painter that came the next day pulled dust off the door frames. Light fixtures still had cobwebs. Window sills were dusty. Bathroom floors were not mopped. She did not even have a vacuum cleaner. I should have sent her away right then and there, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. My Big mistake!!! Oh yeah and to top it off she drank my wine, and joked about paying me back. She can keep her money and her services. She offered to come back and fix it but really are you kidding me. I will not be using Angies List ever again for any services!

I was really happy with the woman they sent to clean my place. She was very friendly and did a great job. I'm going to have her every month.

Fast and good quality

Nice folks but ill-equipped to handle a light carpentry job. I was very clear and sent a picture as well. Needed a 6x6 shed ramp torn up removed and a new ramp built. The handyman Gabe said the bottom was probably rotten as well and I was prepared to have that replaced. He came out and sawed a portion of the ramp to see the frame condition and we agreed to proceed. Sadly he had 1 black and decker saw that broke, no truck, and the 2 new tools he bought the next day were not sufficient causing more delays. Then they put a bagster bag in my driveway without telling me I would have to pay 169$ for a haul away. Gabe said the job was supposed to be completed in 1 day over 8 hours but took Gabe 15 hours over 4 days at 30$ per hour plus a $50 startup fee. Labor was nearly $500 plus materials plus debris removal. Additionally, the handyman chose to saw wood inside my shed without my approval because we had an afternoon shower. Needless to say, the shed was a disaster with sawdust everywhere. Gabe apologized and offered to help me clean the shed but I declined. in the end the ramp is finally done, looks fine, and feels supportive, but the job should have been declined IMHO. Nice folks with promise but they need a proper vehicle and tools. And I do not appreciate being slapped with a $169 surprise bill in the end. I wish I could give 5 stars but I simply cannot.

Nice, polite, quick and professional

The installer was punctual & very competent. I appreciated the fact that he explained the process for the installation. Also, he explained the installation would take longer than originally expected. The total price for installation was $100.00 less that quoted by other contractors. I am more than pleased with Side Kick Services, and would hire the again for other projects.

The house gets dirty. Sidekick cleans it extremely well. Price is reasonable.

All of the Side Kick staff is very competent and professional, and work very hard at everything they do. From Cleaning the House, to the Handyman, to the Lanai Deck Washing, I have been extremely happy with all of their work. And better yet, the prices for EVERYTHING they do are very reasonable and worth every penny. Always feels good to cross something off of your â To Do Listâ that you didnâ t have to do, but is done the way you would have, or even better!

They sent Gabe over to my house. He was very professional and friendly. He did the cleaning I requested and cleaned anything else he found that caused to then need to be done. I definitely will be hiring them again.
