Very prompt and always called to advise they were on the way. Gave updates along the way, and worked very efficiently.
Cleaned up all the debris and even vacuumed when they were done. All in all, very good service and I'd really recommend them. Services were covered by insurance, so I don't know the exact cost.

The damage was limited to the flooring, kitchen kick plates and bathroom vanity baseboards. The house will also need painting and drywall repairs but without Rytech's timely assistance, the damage would have been catastrophic.

Rytech provided services to dry out the sheetrock after a water heater leak. They responded quickly on the day of the event, they installed blowers and humidifiers. As part of the drying out process they perforated the sheetrock. The drying took place over a three day period.
The main issue I had with was the lack of communication as to how they were going to perform the services. For example, the tech showed up one day and performed his readings, then proceeded to tear out sheetrock before calling me to ask if it was okay or was there an alternative to tearing out the sheetrock. In this case there was an alternative. This caused me more damage to my home and another $500.
