Very prompt and always called to advise they were on the way. Gave updates along the way, and worked very efficiently. Cleaned up all the debris and even vacuumed when they were done. All in all, very good service and I'd really recommend them. Services were covered by insurance, so I don't know the exact cost.
Description of Work: They pulled up soaking wet carpeting and padding in a flooded bedroom. Also removed baseboards in 2 closets, the bedroom, and a hallway, Installed fans and a dehumidifier to dry things out, and checked multiple times for mold.

The damage was limited to the flooring, kitchen kick plates and bathroom vanity baseboards. The house will also need painting and drywall repairs but without Rytech's timely assistance, the damage would have been catastrophic.
Description of Work: We were out of town when the waterline connected to the ice maker in the refrigerator broke. When we returned from our trip the house was flooded. The laminate floors were ruined. The insurance company hired Rytech to come and try to limit further damage as well as reduce the possibility of mold. They came out immediately and removed the affected flooring and baseboards as well as moved furniture out of the bedroom into a dry area of the house. They brought in blowers, heaters and humidifiers and proceeded to dry out the house over the next week. They also took an oriental rug that had been soaked to a cleaner. We were updated as to the status of the house and advised when we could move back in. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful in walking us through each step of the process. I highly recommend them to anyone unlucky enough to have water damage.

Rytech provided services to dry out the sheetrock after a water heater leak. They responded quickly on the day of the event, they installed blowers and humidifiers. As part of the drying out process they perforated the sheetrock. The drying took place over a three day period. The main issue I had with was the lack of communication as to how they were going to perform the services. For example, the tech showed up one day and performed his readings, then proceeded to tear out sheetrock before calling me to ask if it was okay or was there an alternative to tearing out the sheetrock. In this case there was an alternative. This caused me more damage to my home and another $500.
