Wow! Was this easy! A few calls with Charlie and my car was on its way across the country. Their customer service is truly exceptional.

They were not the lowest quote but among the lowest and the only one recommended as an A on Angie's List. We kept making a lot of changes (e.g., dates, availabilty, etc.) and Sam was very patient with us. Once we gave the go-ahead he found someone that day, who also agreed to store the car on the receiving end for a few days, and for only $50 more (included in the $850 figure I gave above). Mercury was great as was the transport company they found.

I had some issues with the delivery but they made good on it and refunded the brokerage fee. They offered to waive the brokerage fee on a second car.

Try buying an automobile on the internet 1300 miles away and then after the purchase find someone to transport it at a good price. It is scary. Jim took the fear out by first explaning how the transport world work to me. Then he promised to stay close in contact through the whole process. He did all that and more. This was my first time transporting a vehicle. There were a lot of companies out there and some you can weed out right away but who can you trust. I actually flew to Florida to interview in person two companies. My trip was a quick turn (I flew in and flew out the same day) my flight was delayed and my car rental reservation was not the smoothest and I lost a lot of time and could not travel to meet anyone. i done my home work and Mercury Auto Transport have a lot of outstanding people working there. So I rated them all on the the transport review site and found that Jim had the top reviews for 2012. Couple that with Angies List he was my best choice. I talked to him on the phone and let him know that I was in town but waon't be able to come see him. I asked him to help me transport a vehicle. He set me up with an outstanding company VL Transport. Hernando was the driver and he called me 2 days before the pickup. I am in San Antonio, but Jim coordinated with the dealer sales person Steve who inspected the vehicle with the driver and got it loaded on the truck. The date was March 31st 2012. Hernando call me and told me that it is loaded and that he will either be in San Antonio, Tx. late Monday night the 2nd of April or early Tuesday morning. The driver called me at 12:41 Central on Monday and told me he was in Houston and should be to San Antonio in five hours. At 6pm on Monday the 2nd of April the big rig was in front of my home. The driver unloaded the vehicle and drove into my driveway. How is that for door to door service. Thank you Jim. We were given driver's direct phone number and were able to get updates along the way. The driver was very nice and respectful. When the car arrived it was a little dirty, but otherwise was in the exact same condition that it was left in. They gave us a time frame of a few days when it would arrive and it was accurate.

I just called into Mercury Auto Transport and talked with Jim. They were the most reasonably priced and Jim could easily answer my questions. I didn't have a lot of time to review more than a few companies so I immediately booked the move with them after talking with Jim. Then when I had question regarding the next steps I just texted Jim my question and he responded within the hour and everything unfolded as he said it would. Jim called me a few days before the move and told me what to expect. The driver called me 3 days before the move and then we set up a meet up location and time. We also discussed the drop off details. He was actually able to drop off the car a day earlier.

Mercury Auto Transport helped me out of a jam. My wife and I are snow-birds traveling down to our condo in Boca Raton, FL from New York. My wife set up a deal with another company for them to come and pick up our vehicle for September 25, 2011. They NEVER came to pick up our car and they charged our credit card. We called Clarence at Mercury and he gave us the price it would take to move our car in a rush. We needed it down there in time for our 35 year wedding anniversary party that our children put together. Clarence was amazing! He said he couldn't promise us anything but, that he would do everything in his power to help us out. He came through with flying colors!!! He was even on the phone with us walking us through the delivery process to make sure that everything went well! I can't thank him enough or Mercury!!! My wife and I had a wonderful anniversary and will recommend Mercury Auto Transport to everyone we know who will ship there car! Thanks so much!!!
