happy with fan, then a year goes by and it stops working. Had to have their outside contractor, elcon electrical come, (they are great) and take it down.Electrician said it was the type of fan that he has seen overheat multiple times, he even showed me the scorched light bulb and told me it was a fire hazard. I return to store and they let me exchange the fan, but then they say I have to pay to put the replacement up myself. Asked to talk to manager, they were quick to respond to tell me they don't have any connection with elcon electrical although they have posted all over their electrical department that they use/recommend them. What sense does that make that I have to pay for 2 instillations in less than 2 yrs. So I get a good price on a fan and good instillation but what use is that if the product doesn't work, then I have to pay more than the fan to have it put back up! A company should stand by its products and help the customer to have continued use. I will be using lowe's now who does their own work. which is a shame because I always worked with home depot for home projects in the past.

They did an excellent job all around. Clean and tidy about themselves! They were nice to have around the house.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY. ALSO, I THOUGHT THE FLOORS TURNED OUT FINE. I WAS PLEASED AND I DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS AT ALL WITH THIS COMPANY.

OTHER THAN IT TAKING A LONG TIME TO GET THE DOOR, IT WAS GOOD. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS REALLY GOOD. IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
