The install of new shower doors went great! They were fast to come out and get the job taken care of!

Bob installed a glass shower door in my bathroom in December. His service was extremely prompt and professional. He seemed knowledgeable and honest. The door looks great and of high quality, and the work appears to be well done. I would definitely work with Bob again.

I just had a frameless shower installed by Bob and his assistant Kelvin. I am completely satisfied with both the service provided and the shower. Bob showed up when he said he would for the measurements and then texted when he was a few minutes late for the installation. I wish some other workmen would learn from this. The shower looks wonderful and Bob was a complete professional. I would definitely recommend him.

Bob Martinez is very responsive. He emailed or called immediately. The work was done as promised for a very reasonable price. I even made an error which he corrected by making a second visit . He is a very nice man as is his assistant Calvin. Very honest as well.

Excellent, Bob and crew did a fantastic job of measuring the job and providing an accurate quote 1 month before starting. They came back to re-measure once I was ready for them and turned around the final measure, glass cutting and installation a within a week. Very courteous, professional, clean and meticulous. Post-installation follow-up for a minor tweak was exemplary. Bob and Calvin are a credit to the business and would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. Bob will also spend the time with you to go over choices and share design ideas from other jobs that may work for your situation. He can show you pictures and give you and idea regarding material finishes and what coordinates with the rest of your space. Excellent communication and very timely on appointments. A+

Bob and his right-hand man were extremely professional. I called Bob about the job in the morning and he came the same day, in the afternoon, earlier than he had projected. It took only a few hours to install the doors and was given proper instructions on how to clean them thereafter. I fully appreciate the job-well-done and will definitely be calling again in the future when I decide to replace the other shower doors in the main bathroom.

They have a very large selection of options, like handles, hinges, glass types, DFI coating, etc. They try to match these to your overall shower design pattern to make it natural. I recently purchased a house with a large master bath. It had a large, 5-sided shower that was open on 3 sides. Water would go everywhere during a shower. I contacted Glass by Design as one of 3 contractors, looking for an estimate to enclose the shower on 2 more sides in glass. Robert responded quickly, made an appointment, appeared on time, explained everything and offered a great quote. He did not try to pressure me or upsell additional products or services. When I scheduled the installation, he and his assistant did the work quickly and quietly. They cleaned up everything well. My shower is lovely and my bathroom is dry. I would be happy to use Robert again.

From start to finish everything went as planned.I called them a couple weeks ago but no one picked up.Two minutes later Bob called me back and we setup for an appointment. Robert was extremely professional, he showed up on time for the estimate along with Calvin. They measured and by that evening I had a received a professional quote along with a mock up of what the end result would look like. In the next few days Robert followed up to make sure I had received the quote and to answer any questions. As most consumers I received two other estimates, one company gave me a verbal over the phone and the other came to see it and never sent the quote. It was clear that Robert wanted to earn my business. However, I did have some changes regarding the initial option and Robert and I emailed and spoke until we got it to my specifications. Then, he came back a second time to remeasure and make sure we were on the same page. Once I signed it was less than 5 days (even with the Thanksgiving holiday) that to my custom glass order was ready. They did the job in under an hour and it came out great. In a world where professionalism and basic common courtesy is becoming more and more scarce, I appreciate people like Robert who follow through effortlessly. We just bought this house, and the shower was an extremely large, oddly placed spot. Robert took great care of us, creating and installing some oversized panels to make this a functioning space. We then had him back to install some matching glass shelves. Great job, very nice work. Our friends are very envious of our fancy glass enclosure!

Contacted Bob and was able to schedule a same-day assessment of the job. He arrived on time, assessed the situation and was able to give me a ballpark estimate of the cost of the job. Later that evening, as promised, Bob emailed me a quote for the work (exact amount he quoted) and a 3D blueprint of the proposed frameless shower with measurements. A couple days later, I contacted Bob with the go-ahead to start the job...with one slight change. I wanted to increase the height of the frameless shower door by 4 inches. He informed me of the additional charge, which was reasonable. He took my 50 percent deposit over the phone, then place the order in production. The following week Bob and his assistant returned to install the frameless shower. The install took less than 2 hours with minimal disruption. The frameless shower looks Great!

Could not have been happier with the service. Bob was able to get his crew out to install our shower door less then 24 hours after contacting him. The price was exactly as advertised. The crew showed up on time and worked quickly and professionally. My husband and I were very pleased. We will definitely call Bob again when we remodel bathroom #2.
