Bob - was professional, punctual and responsive. He set up a time to stop by and take my showe measurements. And within 3 business days the glass door was installed. Great service! Will use them again for my guest bathroom.

I called Rob to discuss fixing an existing shower door side panel that was coming loose from the wall. He asked me to email him pictures which I did. No response to my initial email or a follow up email. I guess my job was not worth their effort. A waste of my time.

We had remodeled our bathroom and were looking for someone to install a shower door. We had also been looking to purchase a bathroom mirror online. We called Bob and setup an appointment with him for an estimate for the shower door. He and Calvin arrived on time and they called to let us know when they were on the way. They were very friendly and professional. Bob showed us different options for shower doors and gave us a written estimate and emailed it to us as well. We asked him if he did mirrors and we were pleasantly surprised when he said yes. We decided to hire Bob to do the work for us. He came to our house for the estimate on a Tuesday and came back on Thursday to install the frameless shower door & panel and the mirror. They did a really good job and the shower door and mirror look great. After they were done installing, I had Bob give me an estimate for another shower door & panel for the visitor's bathroom. I would hire them again.

Robert was one of the most professional person I have dealt with in a long time . He called when he said he would , he showed up when he committed to. Questions were answered quickly. They cleaned up after themselves .. one could not ask for a more professional company

We had a major retail company install shower doors that were not the right size and after three tries, I contacted Glass by Design to see if anything could be done. Bob was very receptive and comforting in letting me know there was a solution. He immediately came over to estimate the job and within the next day the door was delivered and installed. Bob sent two drawings with estimates within hours of our initial conversation. Upon agreeing to move forward, he came out to confirm measurements. He found that one wall was not plumb but was able to accurately measure this stall a finished product that fits perfectly. Very professional and would use again without hesitation.

Terrible experience, rude, disrespectful and after 2 shower door installations I still have water seeping out. I didn't get what I paid for but don't want this man back in my home.

Robert was responsive and professional from his initial punctual follow up (to my email) all the way through to the end of the service call. He was fair and honest in his evaluation of the problem and offered to try to repair the problem or replace it. Honestly, I wasn't sure he would be able to repair the damage as it was complicated, but he and his employee got right on it and corrected the defect with much skill. I was very pleased. Also, I am grateful to even have a contractor call me back here in Florida, where there is so much lack of professionalism. Robert called me, set up a time to meet, and was there promptly. I would definitely recommend Robert to anybody needing his services!

We originally had him out to give us a quote but financially we weren't ready. When we were and reached out we didn't hear back and understood because it was Christmas and New Year and he was out of the country traveling then family being sick on return. All this is understandable however we left messages to call us when he was back and decided if we were not going to chase someone down. We didn't hear back until Feb-March. By then we hired another company. Its a shame but was not meant to be which is why I gave him a B grade. Circumstances and timing just were not in the cards, no harm, no foul on anyone's part.
