I have only used them one time. They did not do the work and I did not realize it because I did not know how it had been done. Later I found out that it was not done per the quote. I called them up and they have refused to do anything about it. They have not done anything about it. It is strictly a quote problem. It is not a question whether who is right and who is wrong. The thing was supposed to be installed, the work was supposed to be done according to the quote, and it was not. I have contacted them several times. They have not come out and done anything about it. It was difficult to get into the attic and I understand it was not accessible. They were not responsive to come out and fix the problem, which was not professional. I would not use them. I would not recommend them to use because they knew that it was wrong, they knew what was wrong, and they let it go that way.

They did a great job. They gave me an estimate, handled permitting, installed the box, and kept good records and contact through the entire process. Their pricing was very competitive, as well.

They're very professional, kind, friendly, prompt, and offer great service. Their prices are pretty competitive.

Set up the appointment a couple of weeks ahead of time through the office. Timing was important as I have an unpredictable travel schedule. The office called to confirm the night before. The electrician assigned call morning of appointment. He arrived a few minutes early and was waiting when I arrived. We reviewed the work to be done. He estimated 10 minutes. He was done in 8. Cleaned up everything. I had been given a range of price as an estimate by the office at the time of booking. It came in at the bottom of the range. It is tough to find fault when he showed up on time, did the work exactly as requested, cleaned up the work area completely, and charged the estimate. The electrician, Justin I believe, was professional in all respects. I would definitely do business with the company again and would be very happy if they sent Justin.

The staff (Alison) coordinated every detail with FPL and myself. Alison secured my permit and gave me updates as she applied for one and walked me though the inspection. The guys worked their butts of and kept the area neat. House passed inspection and my invoice was very fair.

Didn't call back as promised to set up an appointment. When I called them for the second time they had a lame excuse that they had an emergency and lost all the call back numbers. They then asked me to call them several days hence to get a time - Yeah! Right.

Derek and Jamie came to do the job. They worked very well together, were on time, and did a great job. I will definitely use them again!

THE JOB SEEMED LIKE IT TOOK FOREVER BUT THIS IS ALSO DUE TO PERMITTING WHICH FOR A WHOLE HOUSE GAS GENERATOR REQUIRES MULTIPLE SERVICES AND PERMITS. THE WORK IS HIGH QUALITY.

Kitchen circuit breaker in an older apartment that was recently aquired, was overloaded. This company provided great service. The receptionist did an excellent job on keeping me up to date with the scheduling of the appointment. Gave straightforward estimate of charges ahead of time and there were no surprises. Electrician was very professional, he called ahead to give approximate arrival time, and then was prompt and came prepared.

They did a fantastic job, and I rate them high overall. They were very reasonable and better than what I expected. They were punctual. They did a very good job.

Fischer Electric was recommended to me by the escrow agent who handled my closing. They could not have been better. They cleaned up an old existing permit on the house from a previous electrician - assessed the problem immediately, and quickly determined the least expensive and most efficient way to handle the issue that was keeping the permit open. I then had them do a bunch of other repair work from previous shoddy electricians. They worked fast and clean and listened to what I wanted and performed at or above my expectations on every task. We had a laundry list of small-scale electrical projects, any one of which we probably could have done, but when we moved into the house, the scope of all the work seemed overwhelming and we decided to have a professional knock them all out at once. Fischer Electric is, to date, the best home repair contractor I've worked with in Florida of any kind, and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. They are fully licensed, they know code and do their work up to code. They are thoughtful and efficient. They are not the cheapest, but you truly get what you pay for in electrical (and almost everything else).

They arrived exactly when they said they would and began work immediately. The two gentlemen, I believe their names were Rick and Isaiah, were very polite, nice, and quiet. They worked all day, inside and out. They kept doors closed and cleaned up after themselves. They took a short lunch and began again right away. They finished the whole job by the end of the day. We even left several times during the day, and my husband gave them a key to use when they came back from lunch. They proved to be trustworthy, professional, punctual, and just an all-around pleasure. We would definitely use them again, and probably will soon, as we have another project coming up. Also, the person answering the phone in the office was very nice and professional, as well.

It was a pleasure to deal with this company. They knew what they were doing, took care of the permitting process, came on time on a day that was most convenient for me, did the work correctly and even took care of a small exta item I added on the day of service. And the price was fair. They are professional and courteous in every way--from the service to the office personnel.

They did a great job and hired them because of people's recommendations. They were very nice and I met with the owners a few times and told me what needed to be done. We received a quote and also got an inspection and hire this job out to this company. I believe the price is fair, but I did not do a price comparison on electricians. This electrician was recommended also by the company that installed our AC. I would use them in the future.

They were excellent. The pricing was the least expensive of the many quotes that we got from other companies. I went with them because of the lower pricing but they have also been in business for forty years. They are knowledgeable. They were on time and efficient. They got the job done right away. I have had no problems with them.

I'm happy with the job. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and explained what was going on during the process. Due to some drilling through the plaster, they patched the holes they made. They cleaned up most of their mess, but left some debris above the kitchen cabinets. The office staff was courteous and friendly.

I've used Fischer a number of times over the past 5 years. They come when scheduled, call before arrival, are always clean, courteous, and willing to do the "oh I forgot to mention" items. I can't recommend them highly enough.
