The locksmith wasn't very familiar with the locking system on the rear french doors, He showed up without a toolbox, only brought screwdriver and small hand drill with him, had to call the guy back into my home to finish drilling the screws back into the french door, The guy was very polite BUT didn't appear to have a lot of experience !

My "commercial" Kaba lock installation was, for the most part, perfect. Unfortunately the manufacturer didn't include sufficient schematics for the product I'd purchased, however the "pros" from A-Best were able to obtain all technical information via their (special) website access. Once they had the information, the installation went well. We delayed the "Same Day" request to enable them to purchase "extra" components JUST IN CASE they were needed. Since my call for service was late in the day, and their (locksmith) supplier was about to close for the weekend, I agreed that it was the right move so that the final work would not have had to have been pushed back until the beginning of the week. The "pros" from A-Best actually came out on a Saturday morning, tools and components in hand, and completed the job in a very short period of time. There was NO EXTRA fee, whatsoever, for delaying the project from a Friday afternoon until a weekend slot. This company held true to their word and original quotation. Great Price! Great Job Performance! Great People! What else can anyone ask for. Thank you Home Advisor for having A-Best Locksmith as a part of your recommendation team. I would, definitely, use them again, and refer them to others whenever locksmith services are needed.

The technician called to say when he would arrive. He gave me a price before repair and he completed the job very competently.

Quick to respond and on the job within 45 minutes on a mid Sunday morning. Pleasant, professional and finished within 30 minutes.

I hired them to rekey a couple of door locks and repair another one. Was professional and on time. Seemed knowledgeable and honest. Would hire again and recommend.

Gary called me within a couple minutes of my submitting the inquiry, and was much less expensive than another quote I'd gotten. He was here in less than 1/2 hour and finished within a few minutes after that. The only issue might be that he quoted a price, but did not say 'plus tax' which made the cost slightly higher than that he quoted me. I didn't object because although typically tax is not paid for services, he did an installation which involved a product. And I was happy to have the work done so quickly and efficiently.
