Chuck Henry is the owner but his grandson, Paul, did the work. The work was excellent. They were here when they said they would be and more than helpful. They answered all our questions. The service was just outstanding. I would more than recommend this nice guy for electrical work.

He and his son wre fantastic. Positive, went right to work, quickly diagnosed situation and got everything working asap. Very courteous and professional. Left everything cleaned up and working. Will definitely use again and will definitely recommend.

It went great. They were on task for five full hours, repairing replacing installing. I gave them a "B" on puntuality as they rescheduled twice and were an hour late, but having used them before, this was unusual. They called in advance to make sure to bring new receptacles that matched our current ones' color. They cleaned up and left in time for us to make an evening engagement. This is the third or fourth time we have used them and we will continue to call on them for all our electrical needs.

Since I am new to the area, again the best thing I have done is join Angies List. Again I made wise choice. I spoke to the receptionist who was very polite as she promised, the guys were in the field they would get to me as soon as possible. I recieved a phone call a short while later,and explained the situations. I thought that they were going to come the following day since it was late in the afternoon but they decided to come an hour later in which they did. Both of these gentlemen are very professional, and polite. Upon their arrival i walked them through the items we spoked about, I was a little embarass about two of the issues, the jaccuzi , and the cieling fan. ( I thought the Jacuzzi was not working, I did check the GFI but when Mr. Henry came and pressed the reset button it worked..2. the cieling fan i was installing in the backroom i thought had no power , the neutral had came off, again another silly mistake.lol. Well they are professional, and i guess I was stress with all the moving and getting set in the house. Neverless, the Henry's completed the minor chores, and started to tackle the Led Pool lights that were not working. It was a task, but they stood on it, i even went out to the store, and the Henry's stayed until after 9pm to complete the job. Guys you good men , and excellent contractors, you could have charged me a lot more, but you did not. Thanks, and i will be definetly using you guys for some additional jobs.

Great experience. I called at 9 a.m. and they arrived by 1 p.m. Work was completed quickly. Serviceman was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Everything went very well. The work wasn?t too complicated, but I am happy with the end result.

We ended up going with him because he came out and gave us some more ideas on the application. We spent about $500 on that work. Everything turned out very good and we were happy with the LED lights that he suggested. That was the reason we went with him and it turned out very nice. The man was very friendly and he came when he was supposed to come and stayed for as long as he was supposed to. He kept us informed about things. One of the lights under the counter did not turn on, so he came out within 5 or 6 days and fixed it. He also cleaned up after himself. The pricing was what we expected.

This was a first-rate experience. I called in the morning, David and Stephen arrived in the early afternoon (as scheduled), and skillfully performed the work. They even inspected my circuit breaker box (my house was built in 1946, although David said the breaker box was more recent) and tightened all the connections....no additional charge. Friendly, honest, dependable, professional, and priced fairly. Three-time Super Service Award winner. Hey, folks, companies like this are why we subscribe to Angie's List.

Excellent experience. The initial call to the scheduler was immediately transferred to the technicians and they scheduled the appointment within 24 hours. The next day, the guys were a little later than planned but it was due to a problem with an earlier appointment and the delay was communicated very well to me in advance. Great value in the service the next day and we couldn't have been more satisfied with the work completed.

I called Henry Electric on 9/27/10 to schedule a time to get an estimate. I was told that they would call me first thing in the morning the following day to schedule a time for them to come out. Here is the time line for the following day. 11:35 I get a call from the electrician but wasn't able to get to the phone in time. Their call went to voice mail. 11:37 I get a call from their office to reschedule 11:40 I call the electrician back but the phone just rang, no answer and no voice mail 11:40 I call their office. I get a small lecture on how tight their schedule is so if a homeowner doesn't answer the phone, they move on to another job. I was shocked. First of all, I don't consider 11:35 to be first thing in the morning. Second of all, I called them back 5 minutes after they called. After I protested, they did say they could come out today but it would be a while longer, which I couldn't do because of a schedule conflict. The first impression was off putting so I won't be using them for the work.

I have used Henry Electrical previously. This company is always professional and always a pleasure to work with. This time Mr. Henry the father was my service man. The two earlier visits the son and grandson came out for the service. Each time I felt comfortable that I was in the hand of experts.I called on Wednesday and Mr. Henry came out the next day. I have used Henry Electric before. Outstanding service. After twenty three years, our old range/microwave appliance stopped working. Parts were no longer available for repair. We purchased a standalone range and microwave; however, there was not an outlet available to plug in the microwave. I called Henry Electric, father and son, Monday morning (Aug. 30) to schedule the repair work for later in the week. They offered to come to my house that afternoon on the same day. They arrived at the house at the promised time. Their work was outstanding. They also repaired an outlet that has not worked since 1991. Without a doubt, I highly recommend these guys and will use them again in the future.

After a miscommunication on scheduling, Steve showed up instead of Chris but did a great job. He was quite professional and the light in the kitchen is so much brighter now.

When we had a new induction stove delivered, the delivery person informed us that our five-prong outlet would need to be moved so that the stove could be pushed back against the wall. We contacted Henry Electric and scheduled an appointment to have this fixed, as well as to fix two electrical problems we had ignored -- our pantry light fixture and our front entrance outdoor overhead light were not working. Paul came out and fixed both lighting problems quickly and discovered that the induction stove problem was not the outlet, but the tip over cleat was in the wrong place. Even though moving the cleat was not electrical, he moved the cleat so that we could push the stove back against the back wall. He was quick, efficient, personable and cleaned up after himself. We thought $100 was a very reasonable price for the work performed and would use Henry Electric again, as well as recommend them to our friends. Also, the person who answers the telephone and schedules appointments (Judy) was very friendly and professional -- she smiled a lot on the telephone!

Initially the electrician couldn't wire it that way. After he went back to the office, he figured out a way to do it. In the meantime I found one timer wasn't working (2 weeks later) when I contacted him, they were out an fixed both the timer and the wiring the next day. ( I initially told him I wasn't in a hurry to rewire the boxes so both timers would have to be on to power the auxiliary pump which is why it was 2 weeks later.

Judy answered the phone and was able to schedule a tech within 24 hrs. She gave me information on rates for the service call ($85.) + service rates based on 15 min. increments ($20./15 min). Rob arrived at the scheduled time, identified himself, was neat and well groomed. He advised me on best approach for venting utility room (with concrete block wall), looked at problem with kitchen ceiling fan / light and advised best way to approach problem. He then set to work and took care of my entire list. He did need to take 1 trip to Home Depot, but explained that I would not be charged for the travel time. Rob completed all tasks in 3 1/2 hrs. Everything was in working order. Charge was $310.00 - $10.00 Angie's List discount. I will call Henry Electric again, when I am ready to tackle the utility room issue and replace another ceiling fan.

This is their third trip to my home and I wouldn't call anyone else. They do a great job and are genuinely nice and honest people. Family owned and run they take pride in their work. Upon completion of the job David even stopped to help my husband who was repairing a bench in our bedroom and actually got down on the floor and worked with him until it was finished! What a guy!!! I am calling them again soon to replace some more electrical items so if you need good people with a fair price call them.

Service was exceptional. Right on time, very reasonable price wise. We had a problem the next day. He came right back. The problem turned out to be on our end, not his. They did not charge us for this extra visit. I highly recommend this company. We found it on Angie's List. Well worth the membership fee!!!!

Great service. Called them for a quote, sounded good so I made an appointment. They arrived on time as promised and set to work. Very nice people. They were neat, friendly and had the fixtures up in about 45 minutes. Overall, one of the better experiences I have had with service companies.

Called AM and electrician showed up on time, as promised, that afternoon. Expeditiously did necessary troubleshooting to provide electricity to outside fixture - everything OK. There had been a defective double socket (outside) and I had a replacement, which he installed. Very good experience overall.

I don't like working on projects involving electricity, so I called Henry's Electric. The company was highly rated in the Angie's List Magazine. The initial phone call to the fixing of the problem went smoothly. Very pleasant experience dealing with this company. The price was reasonable. I was also given very clear quotes on future work I want done.
