A fantastic experience! I think they are the most honest and sincere people. An electrician came and fixed all the problem immediately. He spent probably 3 hours to get every thing fixed, because we had to go to Home Depot to get parts together. He was very pleasant and extremely helpful. He charged only $95 for installing a new transformer and 5-6 landscape lights. After this, I got to talk with another electrician, on the phone about surge protection. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered a surge suppressor, which cost $353. A few days later, an electrician came and installed this suppressor. No installation fee. I would definitely contact them first if I have any electrical problems in the future. It was such a wonderful experience. I am so glad that there are people like them doing business. When the lightning struck my house back in Aug., I contacted other electronic companies, and had really bad experience with three companies. They were dishonest, and manipulated me completely. I became cautious after the bad experiences. I found Henry Electric from Angies List. Henry Electric was just super! I will recommend this company to anyone.

The service call went very well. As requested, the technician called me within 30 minutes of arrival, so that I could get home. He arrived on time for the appointment, he was courteous and professional, and he completed the job quickly.

Wonderful company. Prompt, thorough, and helpful. Our service man offered good advice on an electrical problem we were having not related to our call. We will definitely call them again if we need them.

The company was called on a Monday after and I was told someone would be out Wednesday after 4:30 for an estimate on a generator. Wednesday at 5:30 I was called and informed that it would be betterr to move to next day. The person on the phone seemed confused who he was speaking to and kept referencing a conversation we never had. It was the first time I had spoken to him. We rescheduled for Friday morning which also was a no show/no call. They may be great at what they do but need some better organization.

They were here a week ago. I felt confident with their ability. They were very polite. They cleaned up perfectly after themselves. They were very trustworthy. There is nothing that I disliked. There was only one worker who came out and he was very good. Everything is wonderful and it was done very professionally.

They were efficient, punctual, professional and on target with their cost estimates. This is an excellent company and we will definitively call them again!

It was just a few minutes. I explained the problem and pointed out the breaker box. They used their testing tools to discover the problem, and they capped off a loose wire in the ceiling of my laundry area with no problems or mess.

We've used them before. We've been very satisfied with them installing ceiling fans and lights. They're reasonable and do a good job. We've always been satisfied with them.

I first arranged for Henry Electric to come out to our new house on 7/1. However I received a call the morning of 7/1 from David who informed me that he couldn't make it to our house as he was overboked and that he would call the office and have them book me for the first appointment the following Saturday. There was miscommunication because when I called the offic eto confirm the following week, they did not have me on the schedule. I was naurally upset and decided that I would just find someone else. As time went by, however Henrys Electric was still tops on Angues List so I decided to give them a second chance and called a tthe beginning of August to schedule an appointment, The receptionist remembered the incident and was able to get me an appointment for the that week. Everything went smoothly from there. 2 individuals showed up on time (including the owner). They fixed everything on my list that I had left with my husband for them to look at (11 items) within 2 hours. They did a gret job nd I would use them again. The "B" rating for punctuality is due to the original issue of not being able to come when originally shceudled and then not re-scheduling me. They were on time for the 2nd scheduled appointment.

The electrician (Paul) was able to quote the work right over the phone. We discussed our options and he came up with the best solution (using the attic) just by visualizing the house through our conversation. The quote was very fair. We scheduled the work for a couple of days later. Paul was on time and ready to go. He completed the work quickly and did a quality job. He was also able to quickly troubleshoot another issue we had in the house, which was appreciated. We would definitely recommend Henry Electric to others. We've already got plans to use them again in the near future!

Henry Electric came out and gave a free estimate and their pricing was highly competitive. The other company that I had contacted quoted a much higher price for much less work. They showed up when they said they would, and they worked diligently until everything was completed. It took the entire day, but I was totally confident that they knew what they were doing and that they had a concern to do the job right. It is a family owned and run business and I would highly recommend them. They were really able to solve my problems and alleviate a lot of my fear about cost. They also gave a 10 year warranty on the breaker panel, whereas the other company that was so high priced only gave a 5 year warranty on their work.

These guys were a great father son team. We walked through the entire estimate, and discussed options. The price was fantastic so we started immediately. Professional, courteous, attention to detail was fantastic, and worked very clean and carefully. These guys are now my new electricians, I wont be calling anyone else.

It was an excellent experience working with them they were both proffesional, accomodating and knowledgable in their field. Many options were weighed and not once was my confidence shaken by their suggestions. I will hire them again to do additional work on the house in the near future without hesitation!

The service and communication was excellent from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them and will most certainly use them again in the future.

They came when they said they would. They were very polite, neat and orderly. They did exactly what they said they would. They were quick. I would absolutely hire them again.

Overall It was a great experience. By the end of the day I made two new friends. They were wonderful. They worked so hard in the heat of the day. Since I had no power I could not even offer them a cold drink. But in lieu of that I will tell everyone I know about Henry Electric and great they are. Honest, diligent, hard working. No sales pitches, no drama. Just good honest work. They know what they are doing. From fear and trepidation on Saturday to joy and peace on Monday.

I had some lights and outlets that were flickering and making "crackle" and "pop" noises in my master bedroom. I had checked one of the light switches and couldn't find anything wrong. Our house has aluminum wiring and a Federal Pacific Electrical breaker panel, so I was rather concerned about the potential for disaster. I found Henry Electric on A.L. and called. Spoke with Judy, who was friendly and professional. She took some information from me and called me back to let me know that they would be coming out. The electrician was 5 minutes early. His name was Chuck Henry. He's gotta be 70 years old. He was great. He explained everything that he did. He started by checking the panel, which was OK, then he went to the offending circuit and began working through each switch and outlet on the circuit before locating an improperly installed outlet that was causing a short. A regular outlet had been installed instead of an "Aluminum-rated" outlet. He solved the problem in less than an hour and was on his way. He charged me $65 - $75 for the service visit less a $10 Angie's List discount that I didn't even request. He also gave me a verbal estimate for replacing my FPE breaker panel for $900, which is well below another estimate I got a few years ago (and well below estimates I found online that it should cost anywhere between $1,500 and $2,500).Now I know what all the other reviews were talking about - Henry Electric is great! I would heartily recommend them for any basic electrical work/repairs.

I called Henry Electrical and two days later Mr Henry came by and discussed what we wanted and how that might best be accomplished. He took his time and make sure that there would be no surprises. Next day we received his bid. Three days later Mr. Henry and another worker showed up and did all the worked requested at that time. The work was very professional and has added to our enjoyment of what was once a dark, hot, limited power outlet garage. Stage two of our project will begin next month with more outside outlets and power run to an outbuilding.

We have used him several times. He is absolutely great. He is very professional and he always cleans up well after himself. He always shows up on time and is there whenever we have needed him.

They were easy to schedule with. They gave a free consultation. They were prompt and they did a good job.

Mr. Henry is the consummate professional. He does great work and has a calm demeanor. Nothing is a problem for him. I had a followup question and Judy from the office connected me to him immediately. This is a small, family owned, quality company, and I'm already recommending them to all my friends.

Normally companies would send someone out just to collect a service fee !! This saved me money ! Great company will Definitely call again with electrical problem ! Honest People !!

Arrived on time, on a Saturday morning. Work done mainly by grandson, with owner Chuck Henry assisting. It was an all day job. Job done efficiently, and it was a pleasure to have such pleasant people working here. No complaints. Called Henry Electric again, and Chuck Henry and an assistant came 6/29/2011. Rewired post light, installed motion detecting flood lights on garage, fixed GFI. Again, great service.

Mr Henry actually did most of the work himself and had his grandson and another worker assist. Came back over course of 2-3 days during the month. Customer Service outstanding...only had to work out some return dates for parts that were needed that they did not have. Excellent quality of work and very knowledgeable staff. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I cannot recommend Henry Electric enough. I would not hesitate to call them for our electrical needs in the future. They worked quickly and offered cost saving tips throughout the process. I even had other traits remark on how neat and organized the wires and boxes were done. It's nice to know you don't have to watch over every move to ensure it is done properly. They even surprised us by installing dimmers on switches for all the recessed lights. Great touch! I just wanted to add that Henry Electric came back out (10/25) to our house to finish up a few items we delayed and a few new items we decided we needed. They came out in a timely manner and did all the work old and new at NO CHARGE. Not only do they do great work but they are a class act! Definitly would use again.
