Chuck Henry came out and indicated that I have both an electrical issue and a pool issues. He fixed my electrical issue in a timely manner and then charged me appropriately. Very nice 'young at heart' fellow and I will call him again with any future issues. I called a pool service company and they fixed the motor.

Owner of company very polite and seems to really know his stuff. He was able to access the problem...seem to have been to fire/electrical damage to inner wall wires. Wires and sockets repaired and replaced socket coverings. The electrician explained everything that he was doing. I think that he gave me a fair price and I will reccommend and use him again.

On February 14, Paul gave me an estimate for work on rewiring my kitchen as the first step in my remodeling project. I asked that in addition to installing the kitchen light, he install a switch that I could reach. I accepted his bid and requested that he provide a certificate of insurance when he did the work. He showed up on the scheduled date at the time we agreed upon. He installed all the fixtures indicated, and we added one extra outlet because of code requirements with the refrigerator outlet. The entire project took him longer than he originally anticipated, but all work was done efficiently and beautifully. When he was done, he cleaned up the entire kitchen area to remove debris and old outlets and lighting fixtures. I couldn't be happier with the results.

Henry's receptionist was laughing when I called, great sign that they are nice people. Then she got Henry to call me back to discuss the job and a time to look at it. I asked for a estimate first and some options on how to do what I wanted. He gave me numerous options in different price ranges and I picked the one best for me. He was here when he said he would be, introduced himself and his son, very polite and respectful. I wasn't expecting him to do the job at that time but he was prepared and started work as soon as my husband and I agreed on what we wanted. He and his son were VERY neat, and organized. He worked inside and outside of my house, always wiping his feet numerous times before coming in. They were here a long time but they were working the whole time, even running to the truck to get parts or tools. In the end it looks great, they did what we wanted and we are very happy. We called again a week later for another landscape light that went out and he was here ASAP, again did the job after discussing prices and options. I have no problems with any thing he did, its been more than a month and we are very happy with his work.

Henry Electric is a class organization. From my initial phone call to describe and schedule the repairs needed, to the actual work and follow up, this company is first class all the way. Two thumbs way up! Paul Henry arrived on time and got right to work on installing my landscape lighting. He worked very hard and explained what he was doing. It was near dark when he finished and we tested the lights. Everything was perfect! Then he went on to fix a circuit breaker/wiring issue we had. What impressed me was the fact that he didn't try to reschedule when the clock ticked past 5pm. He stayed late and finished the job. Very personal, yet very professional. A very nice young man. I would definitely hire this company again and would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone!

Four words: Honest, Hardworking, Reliable, Quality work. The gentleman who arrived from Henry Electricians was a youthful man who was actually a Master Electrician, and grandson of the original business owner, which is evidently still owned and worked by the Henry family. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, patient. He placed floor coverings down everywhere he worked, explained everything he was planning to do and how long it would take. He never once complained about the difficulty of standing on a 12 foot ladder and working over his head or squeezing into a tiny attic space to crawl the wiring to its destination. He even matched my own rocker switches to add the extra on/off for each room he put in fan wiring. He called 30 minutes prior to arrival (very nice!) and took his time to do everything right even during the busy Christmas season. I'll be scheduling them back to put up more ceiling fans, move a chandelier's wiring to a new location, install another lighting fixture.

We called for advice on some wiring issues in our home and for an estimate for replacing or modifying our wiring to meet insurance requirements. We found the company to be extremely friendly and helpful. The owner came out to our home at a time convenient to me to discuss our situation. He recommended, at no charge, that we not do any work at this time. Instead, he suggested we shop for an insurance company that would provide their requirments before we have an electrician do work that may or may not meet the insurance company's demands. We appreciated his honesty, as well as his experience in dealing with our concern.

he did a very good job overall. He brought the proper tools, and went up into the attic to take a look at concerns of mine as well as other parts of the house.

They were so knowledgeable. They really knew what they were doing. He made very good suggestions. He took time to explain things to me. I knew what the end result was that I wanted and that is exactly what they did. I would use them again in the future.

he was right on time and did excellent work. his work was efficient and accurate. it was the best service experience i've had since moving to orlando. i did in home service for 31 years, so i know what is expected of service. doesn't get any better.

The issue was a bad arc detector in three breakers controlling the bedrooms (apparently a Florida requirement to prevent fire). Mr. Henry explained the issue and replaced the breakers. He is highly professional. The person answering the phone was exceedingly friendly and polite. Nice company. Good service.

The owners of the company were wonderful but the actual installers were less than wonderful. After 5 days on a 3 day bid I had to call to complain and have the owners get involved with their workers. After their intervention and motivational pep talk with the installers the work went well and on time. But 7 days to finish a 3 day project at the expense I paid was just too much. In the end they did the right thing but next time I call for work I'll be sure not to have the same installers that drug their feet and slow played the project. Overall the owners get an A+ but the installers get a C

The proprietor worked with me on time and date and kept me in the loop as to expected arrival time. Addressed every issue and suggested alternative solutions if any existed. No surprises and charged as quoted..

They did a fantastic job. Communication was excellent. They showed up on time and were very professional. Everything was done as expected and then some. I would recommend Henry Electric to anyone. I will definitely use their services again.

Professional operation, clean, time-efficient, work performed as agreed, couldn't be happier.

They did a couple of things for us. When I called them they were very courteous and responsiveness. They set up an appointment for couple of days later and they were bang on time. They gave me a good proposal to do the work and it was a reasonable estimate cost. What they charged was exactly equal to the estimate and there were no hidden surprises. The work was very well done and they explained everything to me in a way that made sense and I was just very pleased overall. I am going to use them again in any of my electrical problems.

I had a pair of lights go out in a bathroom and couldn't find the problem on my own.The company was able to come out the day after I called them. The tech was on time and was able to find and fix the problem in under an hour.The fees were exactly what I had discussed on the phone when I made the appointment. I would use them again.

As first time homeowners, we haven't had much experience with fixing things. We had lukewarm water while showering about a minute in. We assumed our 30 gallon water heater was not big enough for our 1600 sq ft home with two people. We purchased an electric tankless water heater due to space. (Our existing water heater was in the crawl space outside and we didn't have the room for anything larger). Our home was built in 1952 and we thought it could use a good updating. We called a plumber first to have them come out and access our setup. They referred us to Henry Electric to check out the electric. We called and scheduled and appt. Chuck Henry came out and looked at our box and asked why we bought the tankless and I explained the above. He said 50% chance our water heater was not working at capacity. And so he checked the output and the lower heating element was out. He said he could fix it and so he did. We returned the tankless same day... I guess that's how you learn. What could have turned into $2K+ installation with the fancy tankless was only $100 and we had scalding hot water the same evening. Merry Christmas to us! I would highly recommend them... We could have been easily taken advantage of because of our naivety.

Outstanding. Shelby from Henry Electric was the best professional that we've hired from Angie's List to date. I called Henry Electric at 8 am urgently needing service for a faulty ceiling light that was wired incorrectly (note: light not installed by HE). A very friendly person scheduled an electrician for the same day (noon). Shelby called in advance to say that he was on his way (arrived on time at noon). He quickly understood what needed to be done and wasted no time in getting to work. He completed each job just as requested and in an efficient and competent manner. There is no question that I will call this company for future electrical needs.

Paul Henry came out and did an estimate that was very reasonable for the scope of work we wanted done. He helped us refine what we wanted to accomplish over the next few weeks he anwsered many questions about different types of lighting until we decided on what was just right for us. The project took 3 days, he was here when he said he would be, was very nice and professional, the project was done has stated and as quoted, we were very pleased with the outcome.

They have come out twice and the third time was no charge. The actual owner of the company had me drop off the transformer which he completely took apart and cleaned. He sent his guy back out the third time to see if it would work; but unfortunately it did not, so we determined it must be the fixture itself. They went above and beyond what he was had to do -- he was great, his people were great and I highly recommend them. They were on time when they could not make it and would call me to reschedule. I will use them again in the future.

The install team did a great job, I supplied the GFI outlet and box to install onto the exterior of the home. Two men showed up on time wiped their feet prior to entering the home. Drilled the hole in the wall, connected the outlet and were gone in less then 45 min. The team was clean and respectful and knew what they were doing. Great job at a fair price!

Needed to replace the panel to meet home buyers requirement. Henry responded very quickly and did an excellent job with one exception. In expanding the opening for a wider new box the saw broke through to the adjacent room. Henry contacted a drywall repairer to fix the damage but I needed the repair done quickly to pass a home inspection for sale. Ended up doing the patching myself. I would use Henry again as the job took longer than estimated and they worked late finishing up so as not to leave us without power overnight.

I had used Henry Electric many years ago to install a ceiling fan on a staircase. They were professional, charged very reasonable rates, and did excellent work, so I was very happy to find them on Angie's List! I called them to install recessed lighting in the living room which did not have any previous overhead lighting installed. I told them exactly how I wanted the lights positioned in the room, as well as how the three switches should control each "zone" of lights within the room. They installed the lighting exactly as requested. Price charged was very reasonable, and as always they were very professional and courteous. I would use Henry Electric for any electrical work I may have in the future without hesitation, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a excellent electrician.

Chuck Henry performed the electrical inspection of my house that had been rented for years and recently renovated. He was very thorough and identified 3 items that needed fixed to bring the house to code. Also requested that an electrical outlet be installed for installation of a new over the range microwave that required an independent electrical source which required the electrician to work in the hot attic for quite some time. The quality of the work was superb and the cost was exactly what was initially quoted plus a discount from Angie's list.
