The recessed light in my master bath wouldn't turn on. Tried two new bulbs, still no light. I called Henry Electric this morning and spoke to Judy in the office. This is the third time I've used Henry Electric and Judy is a gem - so efficient and competent! She told me Shelby would be at my place this afternoon, and he was. Quick and easy, he fixed the switch, and I had the afternoon to do the other things I needed to do. I found Henry Electric on Angie's List a few years ago and they've been my electricians ever since. A fine company!

I called Henry Electric the week prior and set an appt for the following Monday at 9 AM. I took the day off so we could get some electrical work done prior to a closet remodel. I needed a switch outlet moved to the opposite wall, another light switch added to a toilet room and a sconce wired to an existing switch. I received a call on Monday about 8:30 AM that the worker took his car in to get his brakes done and would not be able to arrive until 1 PM. I was a little taken aback that someone would schedule a brake job when they have a 9 AM appt., but since I took the day off I didn't have much of a choice but to wait. At 1:10 PM I had not heard from anyone so I called and they said that someone would be out that day and that they would call when they were on their way. So, I did get a call around 3:45 PM that they were on the way. Charles arrived shortly after and conducted the work very courteously and professionally. The price was very reasonable and we will ultimately use this company again for future projects because Charles was so helpful and professional. I found out later that Charles was not the original worker scheduled to do the work and actually took our job as he was on his way home. Overall, I rate this company a B because running 7 hours behind is very unprofessional and I almost called the entire thing off. However, Charles was great and the price turned out to be very fair, so I will definitely use Charles again for future electrical needs.

Henry Electric came out to give me an estimate for electric work at my home. Out of the three company estimates, I picked Henry based on price and positive feedback on Angie's List. They were great. They did what they promised at the price they quoted. Great job cleaning up afterwards.

I would definitely use Henry Electric again and would definitely recommend them to others. They were very helpful, friendly, professional, efficient / knowledgeable in their field, and fair in pricing the job. You don't find people/businesses like this very often! We are very happy with their work!

Amazing company. Work was fast, professional and on time

Last week the outside and garage receptacles in my house stopped working. This had happened once before and we checked the GFCI receptacles and still nothing. At that point I knew I needed an electrician, rejoined Angie's list and noticed that Henry Electric had a very high rating. So I called them up. I called on Saturday December 29.and left a message giving a basic description of my problem. Received a call back a few minutes later and a lady on the other end wanted to make sure that we had checked the GFCI's advised that we had. Then she said they'd call me back to set an appointment on Monday. I got the call on Monday December 31. I described the issue, advised that I heard of them on Angie's List, they told me the minimum service charge was $75 and gave me the $10 off for being an Angie's List customer. Also said that the electrician would show up on Tuesday January 1. New Years Day. And advised me that they do not charge any kind of holiday surcharge. I thought that was really cool. Tuesday January 1st, electrician calls me, we set up time for him to come to the house. He comes in to check things out. Within one minute he found what was wrong. We had reset all the GFCI's except one. We found the one in the garage we had overlooked, reset it, and Voila!! everything starts working again. I work tech support in another field so that immediately made me feel like a d******* for having missed that one and for making him come all the way down. I was ready to pay for the service call and just chalk it up as my bad for missing it. But instead he says I'm not even going to charge you for that. You have no Idea how awesome that made me feel. Both for my pocketbook and for knowing that this company is out there to do a job and not screw their customers like so many companies do. In a few months I want to put up some light dimmers in the kitchen. Rest assured that I will be calling Henry electric to do that job.

They provided amazing service. We called at 2:30 in the afternoon, they told us they'd have someone out to see us the same day. He arrived by 3:30 and after discussing our needs he got right to work. All of the issues we needed to have addressed were taken care of by 5:30. The technician was friendly, courteous and professional.

Just fine. There were some minor scheduling snafus but I and they just adjusted. No problems at all otherwise.

I called a couple of companies and I got estimates for up to $550.00 to install a security flood light in the back yard. When I call Henry Electric they gave a preliminary estimate on the phone for $175.00 and $10 off for finding them on Angieslist. Charles arrived early. We talk about where we wanted the light and he gave us some options to where the switch could be install. The biggest difference between Henry Electric and the other company was that the other company wanted to install a new circuit for the new light, Charles use an existing circuit instead. After Charles checked everything he said that the price was the $165 that I was told, we agreed and he proceed to with the installation. Charles was great, he answer some questions about other things that I want to do in the future and also gave some recommendations to correct and avoid some issues in the future. I definitely use Henry Electric for future projects and I'll recommend them too.

Both men were professional. The only problem was finding where to place the new fixtures due to being able to find where the hidden wiring was for these 5 new locations. That probably caused this work to take longer than expected.

We did a major kitchen and bath remodel and the carpenter we were using recommended the Henry's for the electrical work and we are very glad he did. They have added recessed lighting in the kitchen and baths and updated the wiring for the range.David Henry and his son's are professional, punctual and very easy and fun to work with. We are more than pleased with the work they have done for us.

I called and immediately was able to get a hold of someone. Very friendly and knowledgable, got an appointment a few days from time of call which was great. Shelby and his son came to the house, they were both great. Very knowledgeable and friendly, professional, and left everything clean as it was before. Would highly recommend those two. Thanks.

I called Henry Electric Co. to have a smoke alarm that I had already bought hardwired into our house. I called this company because of the good reviews I had seen on Angie's List. The service person, Mr. Henry, came out the same day and installed the smoke alarm. He took the coupon I had printed from Angie's List. The service was prompt and professional. The only thing you should know if you call this company is that they do not take credit cards. About 2 weeks ago we had a couple of outlets in our house that suddenly didn't work. My brother called Henry Electric Co. to get someone out to fix them. But the person who answered the phone told my brother to look for outlets in our house that had reset buttons. He found them, pressed the reset buttons, and all the outlets worked again. It was very nice of them to save us the service call this way.

Charles overcame many problems with a/c duct work in attic, as well as old switches. He worked non-stop and was very professional and pleasant. He worked without any breaks until I insisted he eat some lunch we furnished. He carried his sandwich with him never stopping his work. Charles also provided me with a quote to install that chandelier in my formal living room which currently has no ceiling fixture. Prices were quite fair and I would definitely call on this company again.

Called on the 10th of December, scheduled work for the 11th. Missing parts (remote sensor and remote itself) delayed completion until the 13th of the month. Parts replaced by Loewe's.Rescheduling a breeze. Work completed. No hassles. Overall, a good experience. Very professional operation.

In a day and age when customer 'service' is rarely favorable its good to know there are still companies that show up on time and do quality work for a fare price. Charles from Henry Electric came to our home and did a great job. He was always there when he said he would be, was courteous, clean and very knowledgeable. He even made a late evening trip fix a problem I was having while installing a ceiling fan. I will certainly recommend Henry Electric to all who ask.

Although the work took over 10 hours to complete I was extremely happy with the end product. The electrician took a long time with me to determine the best place for the placement of the lighting. He was very through and cleaned up after himself.

They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and skilled. Everything went better than I had hoped.

I can't say enough good things about Henry Electric. This company sets the standard for honesty, professional and service. We will never use anyone else!

I am not sure if this is a great price or not. I got no other estimates. They earned my trust after the first time I used them. I am not sure what to say here as I was not there when the lights were installed and I am not a good judge on electrical/lighting work. But, the lights work as intended and it doesn't look like some hack threw them up there. Like it would've if I had done it. WIll use them again in the future.

Great. They walked all the projects with me first, then got to work. When finished the went over them all again.

The work was good. They were on time. The technician seemed to know what he was looking for and what he was doing. I would use them again.

They were very professional and responsive. They adapted very well to my schedule needs. The work was very well executed and of great quality.
