Mediochre inspection at best.

Mr. Henry gave me an estimate to install 2 ceiling fans in my family room. He arrived right on time and was very professional and helpful. He shared a lot helpful information about ceiling fans in general and really knew what he was talking about. Mr. Henry explained to me that putting wiring in the ceiling was not an option. My overall experience with Henry Electric was very positive. It was very obvious that Mr. Henry enjoys his work.

Working with Henry Electric was very easy from start to finish. I called them to say I wanted to get someone out to do some minor fixes and give us a quote on installing some recessed lighting. Scott was able to talk me through everything that would be needed for the recessed lighting, telling me which items would need to be bought and which options were best. I actually spoke to him on 3 separate occasions with questions, as it was new to me, and he was extremely helpful all three times. For the actual work, Shelby did an incredible job. He was very professional and explained any options (placement of lights, switches, etc.) every step of the way. The work was done very well, it looks great, and he made sure everything was cleaned up thoroughly after. We were unsure of how the process would go, but it was by far the easiest process we have dealt with so far in our new house. I'd highly recommend them.

Great service. Mr Henry came to our home himself and gave us the estimate we hired him on the spot. The company scheduled the appt and the service men were here on time and did a great job with little inconvience to us. Very happy and will use them again. You cannot go wrong with this company.

They were efficient, courteous and on-time. He went to the store to purchase the new vent, which I appreciated. Everything has been working wonderfully since.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. When I made the call I was met with a very cheerful, competent and professional scheduler. This occurred after another contractor failed to show up. The work was scheduled for the next morning. Two electricians arrived on time, a father and his son. They surveyed the work to be done and provided an estimate. They immediately went to work as a well coordinated team. They accomplished all the work in about 4 hours. Everything was done very well. They even corrected some switching problems resulting in a much better outcome. The electricians were highly competent, well equipped and very communicative. They double checked with me at every step to make sure they were doing the work as I expected. Both father and son were very polite and cheerful as they worked. I am very pleased with their work and will definitely ask for them again. I can't imagine that you could find a better contractor! Kudos to Henry Electric!

IAfter arriving from work the night before, I discovered my electricity was completely out in my home. That night, my power provider checked it out and advised that it was an electrical problem. I immediately searched Angie's List for an electrician. First thing the next morning, I called Henry Electrical (I can now vouch for why they are highly rated) and they immediately dispatched an electrician (Charles) to my home after I had called. Charles was very professional, showed me as well as explained the issue that caused the outage, recommended a resolution and then went to secure the electrical panel and replaced it. My electricity was back up and running within a short period of time after Charles arrived. He also sealed the area that had caused the root issue - going far beyond the call of duty. I was so appreciative of both the quick response and great service that i received. I highly recommend Henry Electrical and plan to utilize them for all of my electrical needs going forward

The conduit was straight, and all the breakers were tested and sI've used Henry Electric for all my electrical repairs and upgrades over the past 7 years. I needed 2 outlets at rear corner of my house to supply an RV (30amp) and another infrequent use of an arc welder (50amp). They sent Charles out to do the job. Charles discussed the job with me in detail to develope a full understanding of what I wanted. He had to make a couple of trips to pickup specialty parts for the job and he did this with great willingness to do the job right. He spent some time pulling a heavy wire through the hot attic and out to the box. Everything he did was very professional and aesthetically pleasing. When he finished, he cleaned up the work space and took time to step me through everything he had done. This is why I only call Henry Electric when I need an electrician - it's always done right the first time. One more thing: My dog liked Charles and he's never wrong

The service was very good. When you call the company they are very nice people to work with. They show up when they say they will and the technician was nice and professional as well.

When The tech arrived he introduced himself and asked what my problem was and asked me to show him the circuit box was located.. I told him that the irrigation company (Hessenaeur?) had reccomemded him. I had used Hessenauer before and they said that they couldn't do the job due to licence restrictions. It took the tech approximately 25 minutes to complete the work. I was very pleased with the work and the price. I would use them again.

David Henry installed our charging station with no issues. He was prompt, courteous and cleaned everything after completing the job. Excellent company providing service! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an electrician and will use again in the future.

We had an arc electrical fire in the dryer outlet receptacle. The fire department recommended an electrician check the wires in the wall to make sure there was no further damage. I consulted Angie's List and found Henry Electric. Even though we were outside their service area, they came the same day! Chuck called before coming to make sure he had all the parts he would need before driving out to our remote location. Chuck was very friendly, kind and knowledgable. He showed and explained to me exactly what caused and happened in the fire - and kept the repair "damage" to a minimum - doing whatever he could to not cut open the wall to complete the repair. He was professional and clearly enjoyed his work. The price was very reasonable - and the work was competed in a very short time. I am grateful they were able to squeeze me in - it was a great relief to realize I was in extremely competant hands.

Keith, who did the work, is pleasant, punctual, and professional, all three of which I find important. He did the work well, explained what he was doing and why, and took great care with my house. I had originally thought I needed GFIs in my two bathrooms; after inspecting my breaker panel, he explained I had a form of GFI already installed there and thus didn't need to spend extra $$$ on GFI wall outlets in these two rooms. He could have made money there, but he was honest in his assessment; what's not to like about that? I was impressed by this representative of the company, and I will hire Henry Electric again for some planned future work.

They were very prompt and responsive. They were nice guys, Mr. Henry and his son. There was some items that came up unexpectedly, like he needed additional parts or something. He did the best he could for the price and worked with me to make sure that it was acceptable.

My home was built in 1970 and I had an outdated, un-safe FPE panel that needed to be switched-out. I reached out to Henry Electric due to their reputation and positive reviews on Angie's List. I also liked the fact that Henry Electric was a family-owned and family run business - this is important to me. Henry Electric was extremely responsive. Judy from the home office immediately called me to set-up a site visit and the owner himself, Chuck Henry, showed-up on my doorstep and conducted the inspection and provided me an estimate right on the spot. Chuck is very affable and I enjoyed talking with him. Needless to say, he was extremely professional and his skill and experience is unquestioned. Chuck provided me a solid estimate and his office followed up with me the same day via email with a written quote - right in line with Chuck's estimate. The day of the installation, Charles the master electrician, showed-up on time and began his work. Charles was extremely professional and worked tirelessly until his work was complete. After the panel was rewired, the new breakers installed and the faceplate was screwed in place, Charles began his meticulous post installation inspection. He began to switch the breakers on the panel, one by one, and after each he would walk the premises to see which outlets, lights, etc were associated with each breaker (taking notes all along the way). After each breaker was switched-on, Charles transferred his notes to the breaker labels and wrapped-up his work. Bottom line: I highly recommend Chuck Henry and his team to anyone. They were fantastic! I now know that I will have a trusted, fair, professional electrician for any and all of my future needs. Thank you Henry Electric and thank you Angie's List!

Chuck was punctual, professional, very knowledgeable, and responsive. He used drop cloths to protect our carpet and even turned the hanging light in the foyer around so the light would show where it needed to show. He treated the job as if he were doing it at his own home.

No one showed up for my apppointment.

Steven and David Henry were fantastic from start to finish! We have a new addition coming to our house so we had to prepare for that. We have a new baby on the way and wanted to take steps to make sure our home was safe as well. David & Steven were informative every step of the process and helped give me peace of mind by resolving the existing issues we had as well as setting us up for our future addition. They cleaned up after themselves very well and I'll definitely be calling them back to wire our new addition!

First, I contacted Chuck to come out and give me an estimate on the installation of an exhaust fan and light combination. Chuck provided an estimate the next day. I immediately contacted Judy to schedule the appointment and I had asked Judy to ask Chuck to also provide me with an estimate to wire new ceiling fans in 3 bedrooms. Judy provided the estimate within a day. Both estimates were reasonable considering the type of job to be performed... lots of wiring, fishing, crawling in the attic, etc. I contacted Judy to block an entire day to perform job. Charles came out and performed the work. To be honest for the type of work, I was really expecting two workers to come out and do the job. Charles was alone... he immediately unloaded his equipment and his work table. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He worked hard! Overall, I can't complain with the work completed. There was one hiccup that took about an hour to resolve. One of the wire connections tripped the circuit breaker. Charles was able to find the issue and immediately repaired it. No more tripping! The other issue was that for an exhaust fan and light above the shower, the circuit breaker needed to be converted to a GFCI breaker. I will have to schedule another day with Henry to come out and convert an existing breaker to a new GFCI breaker. I plan to hire Henry Electric for this job. Overall, excellent experience with Chuck and his crew! Highly recommend for any electrical work!

Chuck Henry and his team (Charles) were exemplary in every way. They were on time, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. These guys deserve all the plaudits one can receive...They were awesome!

The entire experience with Henry Electric was perfect. I made a call to them around 11AM and they had someone available to do the work the same day. An electrician was at my house by 1:00. He was very friendly and worked very hard. I was amazed at how much he got done in just a few hours. Most of the work was changing out old outlets and switches that had been painted over or were just showing the age of our 30 year old house. He also fixed some three way switches that were only working from one end of the hallway. The work is quality. The price was good. All around a great experience.

We found out the the old box was dangerous & would potentially be a fire hazard. They warned us about this & recommended we replace it. We found out this was true & had them do the work. They've always been very, very good. It's a family business & I like that about them. They seem very honest & nice & do very good work for me.

Henry electric performed a Alumicon installation to all of the outlets to our home. They also replaced the main electrical panels in our home to bring them up to code. Work was don efficiently and professionally. I would definitely use Henry again!
