I am so impressed with this company! It is a throwback in time to when 'customer service' MEANT 'customer service'! Judy the lady that answers the phone is very friendly and does what she says. She said they would call 30 minutes before the electrician would arrive and that is exactly what she did. She called to let me know that the electrician was 30 minutes away. She told me the name of the electrician that would be working at my house. Keith arrived on time and was extremely nice. I explained the issues to him and he got right to work. I will use Henry Electric Company in the future and I have already recommended them to several friends and family members.

Showed up on time, polite, clean appearance, took care of business and got out quickly. Excellent job.

Prompt response, good electrician who explained the problem and performed a replacement. He also suggested a new tool for me to help me analyze any future problems. That tool has already been useful. Positive experience.

What a great experience I had with this company. The person who answered the phone(I think his name was Scott) was friendly, polite and extremely helpful. They managed to get the electrician out to the house in an hour and a half with the part I needed. The electrician was quick and clean and also very friendly. So glad I found these guys, will use again for sure.

My mother's house was either hit directly or very close and her GFI outlet was hit. I called Henry Electric to schedule an appointment and Scott was very concerned and helpful on the phone. He understood that I was worried about my elderly mother's safety and scheduled a service call for the next morning. Manny came the next morning and was prompt and courteous. Not only did he replace the GFI outlet, he rewired the plug correctly to help ensure no future issues. I want to thank the guys at Henry Electric for the best electrical contractor experience I have ever had.

We have called Henry Electric on four occasions over the past year for various projects, repairs, etc., to an older home we purchased. They moved the electrical outlets in our laundry room, as the previous owner had stackable washer/dryer and we had side-by-side with a sink inbetween. They replaced a defective breaker, changed out several receptacles, replaced a spacer in the power panel, corrected several switches that were installed and wired improperly, rewired a ceiling fan, etc. Every person that came to our home from this company was extremely professional, courteous, prompt, and an absolute pleasure to have in our home. They thoroughly explain everything and their prices are unbeatable. They all left work areas very clean. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Henry Electric to anyone in need of a reliable company with friendly people. They've been around for a long time and they truly care about customer service.

He came punctually, evaluated the problem, fixed the problem and gave me advice on how to prevent future problems...with a smile.

I was overall very pleased with Henry Electric. My electrical problem developed on July 3rd and when I called Henry Electric they made a real effort to get a technician out to my place that day so that I would not be without power over the July 4th holiday weekend. The man who I spoke with in the office (Scott Henry, I believe) was very professional, courteous, and eager to help me get my electric back on. He made a call to a technician (Chuck Henry) who was out on a call already to see about working me in. Chuck Henry was able to come out in the afternoon, and after quickly diagnosing my problem had my electric back up and running in about an hour. From my first call to their office to final completion of work I felt like I receive superior service and would definitely use Henry Electric again and recommend them to others.

Prompt, professional, and they do good work. I haven't had a bad experience with them yet.

On 06/24/2013 my lawn service wanted to check my sprinkler system. The control box for the system is located in my garage and the outlet is a GFI outlet which we discovered was not working. On 06/25/2013 I placed a call to Henry Electric and told them of the problem and they made an afternoon appointmet for the following day, 06/26/2013 and indicated their technician would call about 30 minutes ahead which he did and when he arrived he confirmed that the GFI outlet was bad and replaced it.

He came when he said he would and did a really good job. He was very helpful and actually gave me some suggestions as to how to get my needs taken care of.

Initially I spoke with Scott about plans for some electrical work for my house. I had several questions and he spoke with me for almost 40 minutes on the phone. We prioritized other projects first but I eventually called Henry Electric back to do some work. Judy answered the phone and was very professional. She scheduled my appointment and then rescheduled it when I had to cancel. She was a pleasure to work with. The morning of the appointment, Judy called back and let me know Keith was in route. Keith arrived on time, was very helpful and professional. We walked through the list of projects and gave me his opinions. I felt he was knowledgable and I trusted his answers. He installed the outdoor outlet and there were no problems with the invoice.

I was called immediately...a date was set. Unfortunately, the electrician who was coming to me suffered heat exposure; their office called to inform me a couple hours before arrival time and we rescheduled to a weekend day. Electrician arrive on time, was courteous, diligent and did a great job including clean up...he even suggested me might dance when Michael Jackson music came on! I would definitely use this company again for my electrical needs.

Working with Henry Electric was nothing short of a very positive experience. They are exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, dependable and very fair price. Gave me helpful suggestions on other home projects. Regarding the ceiling fans, that was a bigger job than you would think. He had to run a line from the fuse box to the back side of the home (go thru a wall, and outdoor panels (that are over my patio). They did the job very cleanly & safely. Also installed a power outlet while he was at it & control swithces for the fans. In addition, they also several other projects in my home - high hat lights (again, needed to run a new line - nothing was there before), accent lights (new line run - nothing was there before),installng a chandelier, and smoke detectors. The price I put in on this review is only a guess on the total charges. These were done in stages at my request - I could be right or wrong. I never really bother doing reviews such as this - but being that they were a joy to work with, the least I could do was give them a positive review to help spread the word on these good guys. They deserve it & I highly recommend to anyone without hesitation.

I've been using Henry Electric for both my old and new home several times and they are the only ones that I use after a bad experience from another electrician. They are a little expensive, but the price is worth it. Anytime I call them, they are out in a couple of days and are very reliable. His father started the business and the entire family is five generations of electricians who are wonderful people. I highly recommend them.

Keith came in and installed a 50 amp surface mount range outlet since there was improper wiring on my old stove. It was only $90.00 to install the range outlet and I used my Angie's List $10.00 coupon for Henry Electric so the total cost was only $80.00. I was very happy with the price and service by Keith. Will recommend this electric company to my family and friends.

My initial contact with Henry Electric was courteous and professional. Judy scheduled my initial appointment and told me who would be completing the repair. I had to reschedule and when I called, Judy understood and was happy to reschedule the appointment. I received a phone call the morning of the appointment and was given an expected arrival time. Keith arrived, assessed the problem, stopped the clock and went to purchase the part. Keith returned, installed the fan and the whole repair took approximately 30 minutes. I will definitely call Henry Electric when I need any electrical repairs in the future.
